Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre Reviews

Waipuna is an average Budget accommodation. Please do not be fooled by the pictures of the landscape which is mostly of the adjacent water body outside the hotel. The rooms are clean, but electronics within the room is average. The Air con in room we stayed was very noisy. On checkin we were asked additional NZD 300 dollars as deposit. While we had already made payments of our stay. They have not refunded the deposit amount yet. It's been more than a week.

Very comfortable place to stay. I have nothing negative to write about this place.

Very big room, about 20 minutes walk from the supermarket, with a simple microwave and kettle

This room overall needs better cleaning. The carpets and blankets were mottled, with hair and fingernails scattered on them. It was clear that they had not been cleaned for a long time. As a resident, to ensure hygiene and health, I spread them flat on the ground for use. In addition, if there is a lot of dust on the wall, the carpet should also be deeply cleaned to eliminate odors. However, it's nice to be able to watch TV while taking a shower. The quality of the conference equipment and meals was satisfactory. It's a pity that the hygienic condition of the room is disappointing. Especially at night, the room next door is noisy due to conference work, which affects the rest of the room. Overall, the hotel's environment and service quality are recognized, but room hygiene management needs to be strengthened, including cleaning and sound insulation to improve the accommodation experience. We hope that we can continue to optimize and provide customers with more comfortable and convenient services in the future.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was kind.

The room was nice and quiet. A good choice for a temporary overnight stay on the plane. The free parking lot is huge. The price is reasonable.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. It’s a very quiet hotel with a basin behind it. The facilities and equipment are not new, but they are quite comfortable.

This hotel is very cost-effective. I thought it was very remote at first, but it turned out that Auckland is not big and it only takes 10 minutes to drive to the city.

Very convenient, clean & quiet Hotel. Awesome & beautiful location, not in center of Town but still close & easy access to all locations in area. Definitely a go to when in Auckland. Staff are professional and so friendly. Thank You Waipuna Hotel

Absolutely loved the stay here in the Presidential Suite. Excelling room service and room was amazing.
