Basically more an apartment hotel with minimal service. Even room service is not daily and needs to be requested. Car parking is NZ$30 a day. Don’t expect too much other than a room to stay. I had the bigger room which came with a small kitchenette and clothes washing machine and dryer. For the price you could live anywhere in the city at better branded hotels. I stayed here as it was near where my meetings were.

The service staff of the apartment hotel are very friendly and can cook. The dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware are all fully equipped. I stayed here for a week and it was very convenient to buy things~

The hotel is next to Auckland's busiest Highway 1. It is very noisy at night like sleeping on the highway. The hotel's windows are not soundproof. And the room is very small, the hotel's bedding has hair, and there is hair on the bath towel. The unspoken rules of the hotel will give priority to the arrangement of rooms that are a little farther away from the expressway for foreigners according to the booking situation of the day, and the last ones are Asians. Chinese people must consider this when booking this hotel.

The location is very close the Westfield with lots of stores and nice restaurants. It is a very convenient spot.
We stayed here for our last day in New Zealand. Wise choice!

Rooms were small; adequate for 1 person but not 2. Customer service was good. The room had a broken ottoman that had to be replaced; they did with a chair. They could have not food options and a bigger lobby/restaurant but I think they may be limited by space.

When i book through trip.com the confirmation email said the check out time is 12:00pm but in fact the check out time is 10:00am. The staff knock on my door at 10:10am and ask me to check out, otherwise will charge me for the late check out. It was so embarrassing. Location was good 5 mins to westfield shopping centre
