The hotel is in a good location, can see the sky tower from our room. The staff are nice and the breakfast is great, a good choice for stay in Aucklandš

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Auckland very close to the sky tower. Staff were friendly. Biggest frustration was one of the elevators was out of order so it took a while if you were waiting to use one.

Nice location and accessible area with a good breakfast spread. The receptionist is welcoming and offered some treats.

The room and the breakfast was good. But they did not have parking facilities as we need to find a nearest public parking with a rate of NZD59 per day.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Left my luggage the night before as will be returning my car before i check in the next day. They were very helpful. Location is very central, few mins walk to Skycity and ****** and many eateries. Washer and dryer for 4Nzd. Washer powder provided as well. Room is very clean.

I made a great decision booking in this hotel since it is centee to everything andcwalkingvdistance to queen street. The room is very clean and thecstaff are friendly.
Although the bkfast is the same everyday, I really dont mind.
Ocerall the hotrl is fantastic and great view!

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good sound insulation. Breakfast was really good also and the room had everything I needed. Iād stay here again if I return to Auckland!

It is a nice and clean hotel. There are few street parking spaces just down the hotel and we are very lucky to be able to park there.

Very clean hotel and has a good location in Auckand city center. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is decent and have variety of bread choices. Will come back again!

I was disappointed how the policy of having 500 IHG points added to your account if you do not have your room cleaned. I certainly did that but there was no points added, worst, the staff lied about adding it to my account. A week passed. Still do not have it. Whatās the point of encouraging guest to do that if you are not implementing the policy correctly? And why lied several time to defend it? Definitely a disappointing stay and I booked 2 rooms!
