The room was large and comfortable. Good hot shower with amenities provided and towels changed everyday. Staff were very nice. Ideal to have microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in room aswell as the communal kitchen. Very good location too.

My second time staying in this hotel. The room was huge, with all necessary facilities in good condition. The fridge, microwave and electric kettle are quite handy. The location is very convenient, both for sightseeing and for getting to and from the airport. The largest and cheapest supermarket in the area (Woolworths) is also just a few hundred meters away. The only issue was a bit of noise from the traffic outside, but not too bad. Overall, great value for money.

Close to the city center, reasonable price, but there is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up and down by yourself, but everything else is good and the transportation is also convenient

It was really clean and nice. It was a bit inconvenient to move around because it was on a hill, but I guess that can't be helped because the city itself is hilly. The staff were all very kind, and checking out was easy and nice because you just had to put your key in the key return box. There was a city nearby, and there were parks and art galleries, so it was nice!

Although the hair in the shower drain was disgusting, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hair dryer had no power at all, so I should have brought one from home.

Didn’t know this hotel was situated on a hotel when we booked and it was a rather unpleasant surprise… Dragging baggage up the very steep slope was 😭 and it also made the walk back daily very tiring. It is however, pretty close to the city center! Amenities provided were okay. Room was spacious. Really liked the bathroom.
