Good and extremely friendly staff. Close to the center and accessible visa public transportation. Clean.

Gamma Hotel is in a convenience place to stay. We took public bus to Mt Eden, just walked 5 min to bus stop. Walked 10min to Train station, Woolworths, and University of Aucland, 15min to SkyTower and some attractions. Hotel has 1 public kitchen, not much people to use it.

My second time staying in this hotel. The room was huge, with all necessary facilities in good condition. The fridge, microwave and electric kettle are quite handy. The location is very convenient, both for sightseeing and for getting to and from the airport. The largest and cheapest supermarket in the area (Woolworths) is also just a few hundred meters away. The only issue was a bit of noise from the traffic outside, but not too bad. Overall, great value for money.

A unique boutique hotel with all the amenities you need and nothing you don’t.Five minutes walk to Auckland station.Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Didn’t know this hotel was situated on a hotel when we booked and it was a rather unpleasant surprise… Dragging baggage up the very steep slope was 😭 and it also made the walk back daily very tiring. It is however, pretty close to the city center! Amenities provided were okay. Room was spacious. Really liked the bathroom.

The room was large and comfortable. Good hot shower with amenities provided and towels changed everyday. Staff were very nice. Ideal to have microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in room aswell as the communal kitchen. Very good location too.

Love the location and price for this hotel. It is walking distance to Spark Arena and to many restaurants. I was able to walk around the city without any problems. Bed and pillows are comfy, i was able to sleep very well.

We had the Queensroom. It had a Microwave and Fridge furthermore there was a kettle and Toaster. The room in generell was clean.

The room itself is lovely and clean, has the basics and the shower is good but the noise of the place let's it down. Echos through the hall way and shutting of doors constantly through the night then a high pitched door alarm rang for 2 hours first thing in the morning. The bed and pillows were comfy however our bed was missing an entire leg!!! The lean was incredibly noticble and contributed to an average sleep. I had requested a car park on booking 2 months in advance and arrived to find there were none available and my request denied. Having to pay way more for secure parking on top of the hotel hiked the cost up to what a decent hotel would have been. It's location fitted the purpose of a concert at Spark Arena but I definitely won't be staying here again.

This is my third stay. The room is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk to the main commercial area Queen Street. You can cook by yourself. Although the kitchen is not big, it is very clean. There are very few people cooking. It is suitable to buy some things in the nearby supermarket to improve the food and change the taste.
