Not much, very hygienic, and you can cook. However, unlike traditional hotels, there is no daily cleaning service. I asked the front desk, only permanent residents (more than 8 days) will have cleaning)

I rarely saw a big hotel far from the city center, without a parking! You can walk 15’ from the closest public parking or pay 2.3€ per hour for the closer parking, night included… how to pay more for the parking than the room. Better alternatives available at the same price.

Excellent hotel, kitchen was perfectly equipped with basics for a nice meal, they provide dishwasher and cloths. Everything was super clean. Room was spacious and comfortable, fridge was big and a good microwave. Plenty of towels too. The location is 20 min from the center but stone away there is a pharmacy and supermarket. We parked the car 5 min away for free, but you get also a huge parking garage on site for 2 euro an hour. Very quite at night, and beds were confortable. Thank you for the nice experience!

This hotel was immaculately clean and felt brand new. The staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette with a stovetop. The kitchenette was also beautifully clean. There were no windows we could open in the room, but the air conditioning worked well. As a family of 4 the room was quite small. There was a queen bed + a sofa bed which split into 2 proper sized single beds. Due to the size of the room we couldn’t open all our suitcases on the floor simultaneously. We caught the train to etterbeek using our Eurail pass and walked to the hotel. It took us about 20 mins with all the luggage. There was a metro station which was approx 10 min walk from the hotel without luggage ( metro not covered by Eurail) called Delta, which took us into the centre of Belgium in approx 15 mins. There was a communal laundry in the building but you needed coins to operate the machines. We didn’t buy the buffet breakfast as it was 15 euros per head.

We stayed in this hotel and we found it perfect in many aspects. It is relatively far from the city centre but it is well-communicated. There is a bus stop at two minutes from the hotel, and the metro station is at ten minutes, with a line that goes directly to the city centre. The hotel seems new, and the rooms too. The room is spacious with a big bathroom and a kitchen with all the utensils. Also, there is a table and chairs, so if you want to cook something and eat, you can do it perfectly. As an important aspect, there is a supermarket (Carrefour express) inside the hospital located in front of the hotel, and another one in the metro station. The hotel has a modern gym with free access and a laundry. We highly recommend this hotel, which has a reduced price compared to other hotels in the centre, and obviously with a very high quality.

A modern hotel near the campuses of the VUB and ULB on the outskirts of Brussels, it operates partly as an apartment. That is, to say, that there is a kitchen with all the basic tools and dishes, a microwave oven, a larger than usual fridge, and enough space for a longer stay. Everything here is new. The plugs are conveniently located, the sound insulation is superb, the mattresses are fit for even the most arthritic customers, and the wifi is fast. A couple of minor quibbles: the underground parking costs two Euros per hour, and is thus out oif the question for most budgets. There is free public parking about 800 meters down the road. Also, upon arrival, I was surprised not to find any toiletries as I usually count on a toothbrush and razor. But in general, the hotel was great.

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.

Stayed here mid-March and had two adjoining rooms. For us North Americans, the rooms were a bit on the smaller size. But they had everything one could want for a three day stay. There were a few USB ports in one of the two rooms. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean as ever. Mini grocery store nearby within the Chirec Hospital. We did not want to pay for parking at the property so parked for free at a parking lot nearby at the Delta Metro station (about a 15 min walk). Laundry was convenient to use on 2nd floor. Was a bit of a challenge figuring out the machines at the start. The staff at the front desk were always ready to help. With the exception of a young gentleman who was there most evenings. He rarely looked up to greet you as you walked in and was not very polite when asked for anything. The others more than made up for this!

I stayed at the Adagio Brussels Delta residence for about 1 and a half months after moving to Brussels for work. Very kind and welcoming staff with me and my two dogs, the whole environment spotlessly clean and nothing to say about the organization. There is a laundry room, a gym and a co-working room The residence is close to the metro, 15 minutes and you get to the city center Everything is perfect!
