Very good, really artistic, very quiet, but the room on the first floor is hot in summer, there is no air conditioning but floor fans, the swimming pool is beautiful but not heated

Es war ein Zimmer mit Balkon oder Gartenzugang gebucht dies wurde auch zugesagt leider haben wir aber keins bekommen.
Zimmer und Poolservice/reinigung war nicht vorhanden während unseren ganzen Aufenthalts von 3 Tagen. Wir haben schon öfter dieses Hotel gebucht so schlecht wie dieses Mal war es noch nie.

The hotel was dirty room never cleaned , did get clean towels when we asked, bed was absolutely shocking😡, had to empty the bins ourselves even had to ask for a bin bag to do this. Nothing like the pictures that are being shown,

I give this a good review. The rooms are clean, they offer swimming pool inside and their gym. Their breakfast was great definitely booking again in this hotel.

Sauberkeit ist den Betreibern des Hotels wohl ein Fremdwort!
Trotz Hinweis meinerseits haben die Angestellten nur mangelhaft nachgebessert.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war den Namen nicht wert.
Eine Sorte Wurst, ein paar Scheiben Salami, und Weißwürste aus dem Eimer.
Die Weißwürste waren in der gleichen Konstellation wie am Vortag, nur nochmal lau aufgewärmt.
Wenn man etwa erst um 9:00 zum Frühstück kam, gab es weder Wurst noch Salami, und einige andere Dinge waren vergriffen.
Nach 20 Minuten warten, habe ich endlich mal eine Bedienstete erwischt, um nach Auffüllung des Buffets zu bitten. Dies braucht dann nochmal etwa eine Viertelstunde. Lediglich 3 Hotelparkplätze für Kleinwagen vorhanden! Klimaanlage bei den Temperaturen auch Fehlanzeige.
Das iust kein Hotel, sondern ein schlechter Schlafplatz!
