You get what you pay for. I guess my expectations shouldn’t be that high considering it was less than $67 a night

Housekeeper says she cleaned the room, but the floor was dirty, bathtub looked like it wasn't washed out and clean, water underneath the flooring kept the floor wet, and there were no wash rags in the room at all.

Great location and the Starbucks next door is an added bonus.

Pool wasn’t cleaned, room was dank and dusty, had no room phone, signal to the tv ******, nosey hotel employees, employees judging guest and snooty staff

This was an older facility but clean and although located off a busy road was quiet.  The breakfast was a bag with a muffin and a chewy bar but there was a coffee shop nearby.  My request for a first-floor room was honored and I was able to park at my door.

Had to leave before we even unpacked bags. Sheets and room was not cleaned. Water was cold. Towels were dirty. When we tried to go to main lobby door was locked and no one would answer buzzer. No one answered the phone even when we called 5 times. It was our very first night in Augusta and left extremely disappointed. We had to then book another hotel for the night and loose money on this hotel room because we couldn’t stay in it.
