The sheets were dirty and brown, the carpet was stained. The shower curtain was brown and stained with mold. Needs a serious refresh. The owner needs to invest in a refresh. I heard other people complaining about the same things.

We called for coffee on Sunday and no one ever brought it up plus they were vacuuming and talking very loudly right outside outdoor after I had already knocked on the door and asked them to keep it down

I will never ever again stay at a Holiday Inn Express solely on Brand. That ends with this stay. - Charged my credit card a $75 convenience fee without notice or authorization - Large portions of Hotel is a construction zone. One functioning elevator. - Bottom of my bathroom door shedding splinters for my feet. - Lobby was hot (doors open). - Loud music playing at checkout desk. - Creamer smelled foul. - Breakfast not available until 6:30 AM. By far, the best thing about this hotel was the way it looked in the rear view mirror.

Property was not clean and very run down. Please update your pictures on the website. The team was pleasant, but this property is need of upgrade.

The staff was amazing! From the gentleman that checked us in, to the wonderful woman that checked us out, they were very hospitable, kind and helpful! The room had bugs on the ceiling that we had to kill before putting anything down! We inspected the beds and bedding and sprayed them with alcohol, but didn’t see anything else. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom needed some TLC, so hopefully, the facilities get better after the remodel. The staff is amazing, keep them!
