Es mag vielleicht (auf den ersten Blick) eine "urige österreichische Unterkunft" sein - jedoch hat uns insbesondere nicht wirklich gefallen: - Lage: nicht "bei Kitzbühel" - sondern 5 km entfernt und auch nicht direkt in Aurach, sondern einfach abgelegen ohne jegliche Möglichkeit, abends (im Sommer) per Fuß was unternehmen zu können - direkt gegenüber: ein (zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit) ziemlich lautes Jugendhotel - Zimmer mit Balkon bedeutet: Es gibt nur einen großen Balkon über alle Zimmer hinweg - keine Abtrennung - In den Zimmern: Teppichboden - Aufpreis für Halbpension: 45 Euro (ohne Getränke) - wir haben Halbpension gebucht und bezahlt - und haben gerne darauf verzichtet und viel schöner, besser und günstiger als 45 Euro direkt in Kitzbühel zu Abend gegessen... - Die Kommunikation mit uns war eher "unterkühlt"

Das Essen ist lecker ! Nähe Kitzbühel ! Die Familie Mettler ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Das Personal versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen ! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her ! Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der nähe des Hotels ! Parkplätze sind gratis !

Stayed over Xmas December 2023 . First thing we had to do was clean the bathroom as hair everywhere on complaining nothing was done to rectify it . The food was awful apart from the breakfast but could of done with a better toaster as that was the only thing we ate. Our traditional English xmas dinner was terrible and the boxind day meal was even worse hence many people just left it and to make matters the waitresses never looked happy . We were really looking forward to this Xmas . It's a shame as the actual hotel is lovely. The rooms were very nice ( just not clean .) The restaurant and bar area are really nice .

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Kitzbühel ! Das Essen ist einfach nur top ! Das Personal und die Hoteliers sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar , wenn es um Ausflugstipps geht ! Wir fahren immer wieder sehr gerne hier her !

Mooi hotel in Oostenrijkse stijl in Aurach. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Authentiek hotel en heerlijke gerechten gemaakt door de chef zelf. We hebben een mooie tijd gehad. Een echte aanrader…!!

Wir buchten 7 Tage für 2-3 Erwachsene. Erst bei der Ankunft erfuhren wir die Art der Unterbringung. Den Den Gesamtpreis konnte man uns jedoch noch nicht nennen. Hatten diesen bei der Abreise erfahren - war OK. Anbezahlt hatten wir 2 Personen. Unsere Ansprüche waren für diesen Typ Hotel nicht hoch und somit waren wir positiv überrascht: vorhandener Fön, Zimmer 305 (Familie), Dampfbad und Sauna extra in Betrieb für uns bei 29 Grad Außentempereatur, freundliche Bedienungen, umfangreiche Verpflegung (Halbpension). verbesseungswürdig: kostenloses Wlan, Schuhputzautomat, zu langes warten beim Bezahlen der Getränke - gehört auf die Zimmerrechnung geschrieben!

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben ihr Bestes, damit alles passt. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und fleißig. Alles bestens :-)

Großzügiges Zimmer, ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Nette Servicemitarbeiter und gute Lage. Mit guter Skibus Anbindung in die umliegenden Skigebiete. Langlaufloipe direkt unterhalb des Hotels.
