Ellora heritage is best hotel if you are visiting girishneshwar jyotirlinga. It is walking distance from jyotirling and the resort is well maintained with variety of rooms to choose from. Its good for family with kids. We hired taxi services from mr wasim (travel agent from hotel) for our ellora and shirdi trip and services were top notch. Taxi provided was very new and taxi driver acted as a guide for all locations. Overall very outstanding service from mr. Wasim. Highly commendable to book this hotel & taxi if required.

It was awesome...😇The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. My room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked minibar. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep.I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where the food was delicious and service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. They also give early check in than the mentioned time...if the room is available.

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Pros: - Excellent, welcoming staff - Convenient restaurant on-site Cons: - Dated rooms and facilities - Noise management issues - Expensive dining options - Small, outdated gym While the hotel benefits from its friendly staff, it requires substantial updating to justify its pricing and meet modern hospitality standards. For travelers prioritizing updated amenities and a quiet environment, you might want to explore alternative options.

Hotel location i. Samarth nagar is okay. Few shops and accessories shops in the hotel vicinity. The hotel did not provide water and water kettle which was part of our booking as per mmt. After much discussion they provide daily water bottle. But hot water kettle they insisted that it is not part of the agreed ac deluxe room booking. We had to ask for replacement of daily used towels. The hotel has restaurant but that opens at 11 / 11. 30 am daily! the breakfast is provided from the floor pantry! there is no buffet breakfast at the hotel. The rooms are okay and cleaned daily, that is a plus point. Their restaurant serves only thali meals in-peak evening hours. It is quite near from railway station. Shops and amenities are near. Bus and rickshaws are available outside the hotel. For the amenities and room provided, it is expensive. There are cheaper better options available in 600 mtrs vicinity of the hotel.

Very clean property with good food options. Rooms are kept very thoughtfully for person with my kind of demands viz hangers, no. Of pillows, etc. However, when it comes to toiletries they just offer soap dispenser hence it's advisable to carry your basic toiletries as property doesn't offer soap separately.

The room is slightly bigger, but the facilities are average. The food is OK, and the surrounding environment is also OK. The price is a bit high. If the price is the same, I would rather choose the one I stayed in before. 

The hotel is at decent location-quite and calm. Its near to mgm hospital which is a landmark place. Staff is very supportive. The banquet manager mr. Gurvinder singh is decent and supportive. For value addition only- cleanliness and hygiene can be improved in washroom area.
