We requested for a wheelchair multiple times but staff didn’t pay attention. Staff attitude is little disappointing. Not a friendly hotel for people with disability

Lovely stay in this hotel for the 4 of us, nice well-appointed room. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was out of action - if we had known this prior to arriving we would have not stayed there (it was high 30's when we stayed & would have liked to use the pool after sightseeing), we could have had this information emailed to us.
Nice breakfast & bar/restaurant - plenty of food choices too.

Everything from reservations to check out was smooth. Mr. Sushil was very polite and paid attention to our requirements. ITC is always very generous when it comes to delighting its customers with food. Food was very tasty. We were given complimentary fruits and maharshtrian mixtures. Over all a pleasant stay. They need to improve the quality of furniture and other facilities in the room a bit.

Stayed at ITC Welcomehotle in Aurangabad. The quiet courtesy made our stay very welcome. They were there when we needed. Thanks Samadhan, Tukaram, Rameshwar, Ashish. Looking forward to come back again to the beautiful city and the comfortable hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast spread was good. It is located centrally in the city. Special mention of Pawan Kumar. Excellent hospitality. Tye check in process was smooth. The rooms were clean and tidy. Would recommend to stay at this property.
