Not clean. Rooms are having cockroaches. Pantry needs improvement. Bathroom is not clean. Overall the property is old. Needs renovation. Staff is good. Food is ok.

I booked the hotel for guests who are senior citizens above 75 years of age. It was assumed that the hotel would have lift facilty as normally any good hotel would have. The room was on the second floor which made it highly inconvenient to climb as the stairs were also steep. The room is not maintained well and we had seen cockroaches in the wardrobe. The matter was brought to the attention of the hotel staff. Which remained unresolved with an explanation that the cockroach wouldnt come out of the wardrobe. Also due to non refundable policy i couldn’t cancel the reservation.

Clean place with superb food quality, it doesn't have bar that is downer but you can bring from outside

The hotel is old and it is starting to show the age. Though we had an uneventful stay, the comfort factor could have been looked in to and improved by the hotel. Cleanliness in washroom could have been better. No complimentary tea and coffee facility provided.

Location: if you go via google map then it will confuse you. Stay: the cleanliness of the room was bad and the toilet condition was worst. Used shampoo was placed, flush was not working properly. Towel condition was bad
