Hotel Family Inn Unit 1

What impressed us most was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. The hotel WiFi is strong and free to use which is an added bonus. Mr Sameer and his staff of helpful young men attend to every need of the clients. This hotel is extremely good value for money and we would recommend it unreservedly.

Very worst and unprofessional people, they called me at 5.30am and asked to vacate the room by 6am ***** with my family and two kids. even though my check-in time was 12.pm, they speak softly at start and change there color as time changes

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Never ever book this hotel and the manager is a looter. He does not know how to talk to his guests and will abuse you irrespective of how well you talk to him. He charges based on 24 hour services (which he had mentioned to me earlier only) but I requested him that since I dont have anywhere to go at 7am in the morning and I was an alone female can I please stay till 9am. I also promised that I would clear the room if a guest arrives and make sure that he is at no loss. Mind you I was here for 3 nights so I had Given him enough business already. He agreed to give me the room till 9 AM and said he would call me if there was a guest. The next morning I came out at 9 AM also ordered a tea which I had and then the Owner said that I have to pay him the rent for the whole day make I slept in for two hours. This made no sense because he told me that I could stay until a new guest arrived. However I agreed to pay for the two hour extra hours But he was not ready to budge. He instead Started raising his voice and abusing me and told me that it was a problem of my character. I paid him the money wished him good luck but I would advise everyone to never book this hotel especially for females. Locality is horrible , the rooms are not worth it. Also, owner/ manager if you are reading this. Good luck to you 🙂
