Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
My stay at The Mano Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The property is filthy, with no sense of hygiene whatsoever. The staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and lacks basic courtesy. There was no service at all—rooms didn’t even have pillows, and when we asked for water, we were told the RO wasn’t working, and they had no mineral water bottles either!
Despite it being winter, there was no hot water available, which is simply unacceptable. Breakfast was included in our package, but they conveniently refused to serve it.they advertise two types of rooms with different tariffs, but upon arrival, they claimed all rooms are "premium." One was significantly smaller than the other, yet they charged the same price.
This hotel is a disgrace to hospitality. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

There is scope to improve on cleanliness. Chair table utensils had dust on them. Room was good and overall stay was good.

Hospitality of manor hotel aurangabad. 3. 5/5, room allotted on second floor where many other rooms were under renovation hence the varnish smell and drilling noise during day time. The room had glass door leading to balcony which was road facing and was not sound proof too much vehicular movement noise even during late night. Washroom could be much cleaner. Breakfast menu and taste is just okay. The location of this hotel is very good may be management can leverage this and improve the aesthetics and amenities.

Good amenities and in between of the city easily you can get o la or uber. Room is neat and clean. Love to stay again
