The receptionist at check-in feels bad and blunt. Maybe overseas because it was a Japanese word? I think it is the person, but even if I told the person that I made a reservation, I checked the PC and the PC, and at the end of the phrase, I was told to search my name by the automatic check-in machine and check in. What kind of hospitality is it? I don't know what it means. I wonder why I don't say it when I first say it at the reception. Moreover, it was around 17 o'clock that entered the room, but the moment I arrived at the floor of my room by the elevator and the door opened, the cleaning bag and sheets that were not cleaned were scattered. It's okay to avoid it and enter the room, but it's not well cleaned at all. There are multiple hair-like wreckages in the toilet, the amenities storage area is wet, and there is hair loss near the pillows on the bed. The table is sticky and even no heating. I put up with it to some extent, but I didn't think it was such a terrible business hotel. Only the exterior of the building was magnificent. I was relieved because it was from Mr. ANA's site, but honestly I was disappointed. I will never use it again. ,

The location of this hotel is good. 15 mins drive from the airport and several restaurants within walking distance. Coming to the hotel, you notice a stingy approach to everything. For example bathrooms do not have napkins, dustbins, tissue paper etc. In addition the exhaust fan did not work making the room smelly! At breakfast which is suppose to be ready by 7.30, it rarely is so. half the items are not there at 7.30 or is served only after you insist for it like juices etc. The internet did not work throughout my stay there despite complaining everyday. That was really bad. Overall not a place Id recommend to people I know.

The hotel is at decent location-quite and calm. Its near to mgm hospital which is a landmark place. Staff is very supportive. The banquet manager mr. Gurvinder singh is decent and supportive. For value addition only- cleanliness and hygiene can be improved in washroom area.

DDayTrip09176983600It was nice stay at the hotel. The restaurant food was tasty and staff were so cooperative. We all specially liked Buttermilk! I have never tasted such a tasty butter milk! The room was clean and good! Parking space is available. Only one thing was disappointing. There was a family in another room besides us and the gents from that family were drinking alcohol in the corridor! However, in 10 minutes they went back to their rooms and there was no any issue. I suggest management to keep watch on such things to avoid any safety issues in future!

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Aurangabad Despite being a good property, our stay was marred by poor management. The ground staff were courteous and attentive, but the managerial staff seemed indifferent. Issues Encountered: 1. Broken glass bottles were provided to customers (see attached photo), and management justified this. 2. Musty smell in rooms was irritating. 3. Multiple calls were required to get a cup of tea in the morning, with delays blamed on Thai guests. 4. For corporate events, dignitaries were not offered sofas, despite requests. 5. Sapphire Hall toilets were unclean and stinking. 6. Unhygienic dustbins were present at the dining area (see photo). 7. Banquet hall AC was not cooling properly. 8. Food section is too small and creates long queue and it’s like having food inside the Mumbai locals. 9. Chairs are put in banquet hall dining areas which occupies 20% of the space. Management doesn’t listen to remove them to create space. Poor Management: General Manager was unavailable, and Mr. Shashank and Mr. Hemant were uncooperative. Junior staff (Ms. Anjali Phatak) from the corporate office was involved in sending an unpleasant email without understanding the challenges we were facing. Corporate office support was withdrawn instead of addressing concerns. Conclusion: Horrible experience! We will not stay here again if the hotel management doesn’t act on it. Please investigate and arrange for atleast an apology email from Ms Anjali

GGuest UserHome-cooked food is the real attraction of 7 Apple Hotel Aurangabad. It's a stay to remember. Every department, be it the front office, kitchen, IT, and maintenance, was excellent. Quazi from IT provided complete support, and Arbaaz Sir from the front office made the arrangements seamless. location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

GGuest UserIt's a very good hotel and good hospitality. Only one thing is if some one wants to book this hotel book ***** with breakfast included. Else it will not be economical. Also, the rooms are clean and neat. Good space for a family stay. Rahul, ashwin and vijay i interacted and found them very helpful. Beside this good restaurant krishna leela where in for vegetarians, it is a very good hotel and good people too.
