It always a nice stay here. I've been in this hotel for quite many times. The service is always great. I love this hotel. The breakfast and the food always tasty. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff server you helpful and kind problem solving and one of the mostlovely thing i find over here is staff service is so faster.

I & my colleague Mr. Vinayak Bajpai have booked Hotel Vits Aurangabad for our stay from 1st Dec 22 – 3rd Dec 22 ***** with my colleague Mr. Mohammad Irfan on Twin Sharing basis from Make My Trip portal. I am mentioning entire chain of events which happened with me during my stay for your further action & kind attention. I had booked the Room on Twin sharing basis with Twin beds which can be seen as part of the booking voucher which has been attached as part of the email, post checking in the hotel we were given king size bed which was never our requirement. We were attended by Mr Biswa who was the duty ***ager during our check in process. After multiple conversations during check in we were co****sated with complimentary dinner for 2 pax with assurance that on our 2nd day of our stay we would be shifted to room with twin bed during our stay but all in vain. Today( 2nd Dec) we had received call at 15:44 from +919673332221 which went unattended as I was busy in meeting & called back instantly at 15:52, during conversation we were updated that we would be shifted to some other room & our belongings would be shifted by hotel staff. Post reaching the hotel we enquired about the same & we were attended very rudely at the hotel reception( Pics of the person attached for identification) his remarks were “ Ye Vinayak Bajpai ka kya hai”. Is this the way guest our attended? Is this the hospitality guest should expect by stay in such lavish property and having chain in ***y prominent cities. Next episode is really disheartening- The concerned person at the reception connected my call with Mr Biswa & he started screaming & howling over the phone which can be witnessed in the CCTV as well at 23:35 (AAP KO KITNE BAAR CALL KIYA BUT CALL KYU NAHI UTAHAYA) , Is this the way to speak. I am cock sure that Mr Biswa was under the influence of Liquor which made him talk to the customer in the ***ner which was unsolicited for. I would urge that strong action should be taken & concerned person involved should be repri***ded for this act, so that similar incidents should not happen with other customers. Looking forward for further action on it.

Extended our stay for one more day as the room was very comfortable, staff cordial, and location ideal for trip to surrounding areas. ***agement very friendly rooms were cleaned daily, with running hot and cold water. Restaurant in front ***aged by Mr Praveen served vegetarian meals. Breakfast was good and tasty. He helped us plan our trips. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserHome-cooked food is the real attraction of 7 Apple Hotel Aurangabad. It's a stay to remember. Every department, be it the front office, kitchen, IT, and maintenance, was excellent. Quazi from IT provided complete support, and Arbaaz Sir from the front office made the arrangements seamless. location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

GGuest UserHad a pleasant stay at Zostel Aurangabad, Met some new travelers, had a great conversation. Only thing missed was pantry, atleast arrangement for tea/coffee was expected. Room was excellent, washrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Though I checked in at 7 in morning , the reception guy arranged a bunk bed for me. Overall I was happy. Would definitely suggest friends n family to visit n have a stay. I will try to visit other zostels around India.

GGuest UserBelow are the detail points which we observed during our stay with the hotel. 1. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for our stay for 25th to 26th Dec, 2021 which was already prepaid via Goibibo,com. We were running late in our schedule and continuously updated the hotel via phone regarding our late check in to the hotel. We eventually checked in at approx. 23:00 hrs. on 25th Dec 2021. There to our surprise the receptionist told us that we don't have any deluxe rooms available and we can provide you rooms with 4 beds instead. This change was not informed to us by any means and was told during our check in time. We realized that there was a marriage function on the same day in the hotel and we firmly believe that our rooms were given to guests who were attending the wedding. Unfortunately we had to agree as there were no other hotels available due to festive/holiday time. 2. Post check in we at least assumed that the rooms will be good but to our expectations the rooms floor was not swept and cleaned properly. The floor was dusty and not moped properly. This was completely unacceptable considering the pandemic which the whole world is facing and the hotel did put our health and life at risk. We had to continuously chase the housekeeping and reception to get it clean. Also the amenities mentioned while booking was not present like instant coffee/tea, Kettle, bathroom towel and toiletries. Again we had to chase reception for getting it and we were fortunate enough to get it by 1.30 Hrs. We continuously asked reception to get it fast as me and my father wanted to take our medicines. I would really like to thank the reception and housekeeping for their quick service (almost after 1.30 / 2 hrs) as they took out their precious time from their busy schedule serving wedding guests. 3. Also, I would like to bring to your notice that we didn't receive any drinking water post checkin and had to chase for that too. Again chase started to get the water and reception sent us 2 bottles in each room. We were surprised to see that the seal of the bottle was open and stunned to see that the water provided was normal bore water. I really doubt the quality of water which might have cost me and my family's health. I questioned the receptionist about the water and they said we don't provide packaged drinking water but we get barrels of water and provide water from them. I am sure he was lying on this part as no vendor provides bore water under the banner of packaged drinking water. I have to convince him by bringing a sealed pack of packaged drinking water from my car which we were carrying with us. I made him taste the water from his provided water bottle with ours. The housekeeping person tasted the water and realized that there is a substantial difference in the taste of water. Finally he agreed to provide us with the sealed package of drinking water bottles. I am surprised that a hotel can not even bear the cost of a packaged drinking water bottle which is hardly Rs. 7-1
