Hotel location i. Samarth nagar is okay. Few shops and accessories shops in the hotel vicinity. The hotel did not provide water and water kettle which was part of our booking as per mmt. After much discussion they provide daily water bottle. But hot water kettle they insisted that it is not part of the agreed ac deluxe room booking. We had to ask for replacement of daily used towels. The hotel has restaurant but that opens at 11 / 11. 30 am daily! the breakfast is provided from the floor pantry! there is no buffet breakfast at the hotel. The rooms are okay and cleaned daily, that is a plus point. Their restaurant serves only thali meals in-peak evening hours. It is quite near from railway station. Shops and amenities are near. Bus and rickshaws are available outside the hotel. For the amenities and room provided, it is expensive. There are cheaper better options available in 600 mtrs vicinity of the hotel.

The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

Spree hotel is well connected to industrial area at waluj, aurangabad. Clean rooms, adequate facilities and courteous staff make one's stay comfortable. Highly recommended for professionals who are on business trip to waluj.
