Homewood Suites by Hilton Aurora Naperville

The place over all is really nice the only thing that is a let down is breakfast it's really awful I mean if you don't really care about breakfast and you want a really nice place to stay this is it

The lady at the front desk was really friendly and they gave out bottles of water which is really nice and needed. I like the overall layout of the rooms which would be perfect for longer stays. There was a toilet plumbing issue but I basically ignored it. Cleanliness is probably the biggest issue. The halls had crumbs in them. Some cereal on the floor. The rooms could use a little updating. Not sure all areas of the rooms are being cleaned. I liked the personalized message on the tv.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out for the staff at Homewood Suites Aurora Naperville. Everyone is so courteous, welcoming, and kind. All the staff seem to have wonderful personalities and attitudes, to me this shows it is a wonderful environment to work at. The facility is kept well maintained all day long. I know most guests are quick to complain and be heard when something goes wrong. However very few take the time to write in and give compliments. I love to give kudos when deserved. Now I’m going to specifically name drop. Everyone at the front desk; J, D, L, V, & E. Back office; A & J have been wonderful to do business with during our long stays. Housekeeping has also been wonderful; especially A, E, R & newest addition K. Maintenance has been quick to correct any problems. Sadly, I haven’t caught their names but they are not forgotten, I just haven’t needed much from the maintenance department (but my bosses have during their stays and have been please by the responses). The hotel is kept in great shape. HUGE and wonderful thanks to everyone here. Truly appreciate it all. I felt terrible for all the staff endured when the obnoxious soccer drunk families came 1 weekend. They were so rude and disrespectful. But they staff stayed professional and kept their cool.

I was a bit disappointment that the pool and hot tub were closed, it's my fault that I didn't see it was closed, but they said it has been closed since november and I don't see why an inside pool and hot tub has been closed for that long. Other than that the place was clean and staff was nice.

Clean room, helpful staff, comfy bed

Nice big rooms! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast in the AM was very good as well. The staff was very nice. The lobby area was perfect for our group to hang out in and play some cards. Thank you!

Parking lot was always full. Finding parking was difficult. I called for housekeeping, to exchange dirty towels, they took the dirty stuff and never brought the clean towels. Trash was found in front of my door, and I called the front desk, they said they were going to remove it but upon check out, it was still there. Lots of parties on the weekends. The suite was smaller than expected but the shower was nice. The stove was covered with rust. I will pass on this one next time.

Let me just start by saying this resort was phenomenal it's a hidden gem the hospitality from the staff from start to finish is the best that I have seen from a Homewood in property the manager Emily bends over backwards she does her best to accommodate you. Sunday March 31st she may have been overwhelmed because there were so many guests I imagine family staying there because of the children and she had staff to call off but she handled it graciously with a smile and even extended a late check out to my family breakfast was nearly over when I got downstairs I'm a late riser but she still accommodated me that goes a long way the other staff was phenomenal as well I like that they all are on the same team I like to give a special mention to Victor Leslie I believe Donald or Donovan and Jonathan and another young man that works in the evening not that this is the Great description but he wears glasses and has the biggest smile in the world everybody that works in that front desk is just the best I had a card with everyone's name on it that was so helpful to me but I misplaced it and I knew as soon as I came home I needed to put this out so whoever runs this hotel the manager keep doing what you do the staff even had a meal delivered and after the staff was done they extended it to the guest now I thought that that was just great considering I only had a little something for breakfast this with the cherry on top 🍒🙌. You have a great team and place and on top of that because I was extremely tired in the area because of a concert the late check out did my body well. Keep up the good work I will definitely be back with anybody interested in this is a great place for the staycation so I didn't want to mess this review up sorry for being lengthy please please get firmer pillows!!!!
