To start we had a room with a non working stove the entire time when the kitchenette was one of the main reasons to book at this hotel. Initially customer service was great, but our last morning about an hour or so after paying and extending our stay, we were kicked out of our room with no explanation beyond "because I said so" until the 3rd time I asked and was told from outside downstairs that he "thinks he smells something". He walked up the steps and proceeded to push my husband out of the way to enter the room and continued to ask my husband to "come outside and fight him". As we packed our things the manager came by and said we would be refunded for the already paid reservation for that last night, but we were not refunded through trip.com because the first employee said we we were kicked out for smoking when that was never true. No one can possibly smell something outside at the bottom of the stairs coming from a room upstairs, let alone determine which room such a smell might be coming from.

First it was to find the front desk person we waited around for 45 min for someone to show up, and when she finally did she said to give her a sec she well be right back. Came back after 25 min. we did the check in right before headed to the room she mentioned they had no hot water. She couldn't mention that before we paid? So we get to room and as soon as we open the door the room smelt like someone had just smoked over and over again. nasty! Then looking around the room the sink was dirty the stove was nasty the fridge was way more nastier the bathtub had brown stains in the side of the inside. it looked like it hadn't been wiped down ever. the night stand looked like it had dry burgers on it and there were crumbs on the linens. I tried to complain to the office but no-one was in there again. I waited and waited no-one so I walked to gas stand got some cleaners and stayed up little late cleaning that entire room I had just paid $86 for. While I did that I asked my husband to go ask for an extra blanket as well as complain. no-one in office still we tried waiting up to speak to someone but no one every time. I had an appt in the a.m. so I had to get a little rest. here is the thing the have a sign in lobby saying they would be right back so one would assume they well be right back. The sign never mention that we have to call for someone to come help you with check in, they made it sound like they'll be right back so I woke up late that morning and had a late start. Went to office to check out and I finally was able to complain. the front desk said she was sorry about that and the no hot water and took my name number and said she well have the manager call me. no one called so a day later in am I went in to speak with the manager. she did not seem to care and made me look like I was lying about the whole thing. only offered me a 10% refund. Said I didn't complain that night which I tried and unless I stood at the lobby door in the cold all night long I wasn't gonna see anyone. no help what so ever. Horrible Horrible place. over priced should be shut down health conditions.

I wanted to leave a second review because there is one shining star at this location and that is Christina! She is the gold standard of customer service. No matter what you throw at her she handles it and does it with a smile. When it comes to customer service it doesn't get any better. She doesn't talk down to people.shes never unpleasant she doesn't go out of her way to be nasty to people or over charge people or dismiss people as some of the other employees here do. It's pretty obvious from the reviews this place gets which employees there talking about! She is cut from the same cloth I am, no matter what your job is in life you do it to the best of your ability. Then at the end of the day you can look in the mirror knowing you did your best today. I don't know how some of these employees sleep at night knowing they were nothing but unpleasant rude and nasty to people all day going out of there way to screw people not having the rooms to be acceptable to stay in. The world could use a lot more people like Christina! You are the shining star of this hotel hands down!!!!!!

Such a wonderful experience. The young lady was very helpful and friendly. She made sure I was gadfly with my accommodations. The area wasn't great. It's lots to do in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

Not horrible… OK enough if you’re looking for an extended stay. The cops coming in constantly and knocking on doors is quite distracting. Makes you feel not so safe. Housekeeping lacked-but for the price part of the hotel when I stay there again? Yeah.

Came to this hotel after having a medical procedure that would require me to be isolated after the procedure. Checked in May 3rd 2022 in room 120. Toilet was dirty. I cleaned it myself. Floor was gross too so I swept it. Discovered bed bugs the following night. I called the desk and the night audit employee assigned me a new room and instructed me to leave my belongings in the old room as to not bring bed bugs into the new room. New room 367 was very clean. No bed bugs.Come morning, I went to the front desk to see if they would wash my belongings. The manager said they would not (the company policy has changed, they no longer wash your belongings if their rooms have bed bugs.). Instead he gave me 4 dollars in quarters to use the on site laundry. No soap. I return to room 120 to get my belongings to find they have thrown my belongings in the dumpster. I spent the next 10 minutes picking my belongings from the dumpster. When I told the manager Rahj about this he did not care. He never asked how he could remedy the situation, never offered to comp any of my visit. Nothing. And since I booked here through ******* it is virtually impossible to get a refund. ******* tells me to get the refund from Extended Stay. Extended Stay says get the refund from *******. I checked out May 6th. Do not stay here. It was a horrible experience overall.

Do not stay here! It is not safe! The deadbolt on our door didn't work. The peep hole has been sprayed and covered up from the inside. The front desk guy tried to enter our hotel room without knocking and ran off when he noticed 1 of us was actually still in there! He opened the door but it was latched! Pretty sure he was looking to steal. Obvious drug dealing going on. ********** everywhere, digging in the dumpster & stringing trash everywhere every day.Dog poop everywhere! Random people pulling up sleeping in cars. Day of checkout 9 am maid asking if we are leaving & proceeds to wait outside our room with a clipboard giving dirty looks until we left! We unfortunately had to stay the 12 days we reserved due to being in town for surgery. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. Worst hotel stay of my life.
