Hotel Van Zandt

Great location, beautiful hotel, and such a fun vibe. 10/10 would stay here again.

While my husband is not a fan of how busy Austin is, staying at the Hotel Van Zandt totally changed his mind! Every encounter with staff was wonderful, they are all so friendly, professional and helpful. Shan at the front desk was just the sweetest!! We brought our pups with us and they were treated so sweetly, with a dog bed and bowls already set up in our room upon arrival. The hotel is gorgeous with a wonderful rock and roll vibe and you can literally walk anywhere in the area and find great food, drinks or something to do. It really is an awesome area. We will for sure stay here again!

I really wanted to like this place! The location is perfect for visiting the southern part of Austin. However, be aware that your reservations don’t mean a thing if they get a bigger fish hooked during your reservation dates! No pool. No live music. No sit down breakfast. No in-house dinner options. And No Warning!! Everything cancelled at the last minute. Consider yourself warned

From the time I called the hotel, to check in and checking on the stay, Angela and the staff at the front desk were super helpful. She made sure my mom and I had connecting rooms, we were greeting by a nice welcome amenity and cocktails for their first Thursday. She is a superstar and would highly recommend anyone staying at the hotel use her services. Don’t w a smile and great attitude, she also answered ideas of where to shop and eat. It was a true pleasure staying at the hotel Vans Andt. Thank you! P.s. The food at Geraldine’s was off the charts and Luis estaba muy amable también. Gracias

I cannot say enough positive things about this entire hotel and staff, especially Shan at the front desk. She was beyond kind, patient, and so professional throughout our entire stay. She was so polite and helpful, she is definitely in the right industry for her shining personality! Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Van Zandt. You are all amazing!
