Days Inn by Wyndham Austintown

The manager on duty today was absolutely heartless and rude. She isn't trying to work with me an won't even give me a key. To get back into my room if I had to leave to get the money.

The front desk lady, Lela was absolutely rude and very non understanding of my situation and was full heartedly wanting me to sleep in my car, along with my dog, and 3 other people. Even with me crying and unable to muster a sentence. She smiled and continued to grin at me asking me " it's not my problem you're homeless, what do you want me to do? "

Smoke detector was missing and the room had an unpleasant odor.

room was in terrible condition. Lamps rusted drawers broken. Phone missing from nightstand. Another Person's hair on the towel.

Breakfast was lackluster. There were no real blankets on the bed or in the room. Cable was dodgy at best. It was clean and what one would expect for the price.

Staff was rude to my kids when they had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels.

Room was filthy, and they tried to charge us extra money (cash) when we arrived. Very poor front desk service and was accused of being in the room and messing it up when I told them how filthy the room was, Moments After receiving the keys to our room.

Absolutely nasty. Cockroaches in room. Stains on the bed. Mold in the bathroom. Smells TERRIBLE. Service works RUDE.

The room was not properly stocked with necessities and was very dirty. Will not be back.
