Good clean room

Carpet was very nasty, in addition so was the couch (had stains all over). Bed was okay. Bathroom had mold in the bathtub, and the toilet flushed very loud and was way too low to get up and down. There was a drip from above in the bathroom ceiling.

If you run into and issue don’t expect management to pay you any attention. I called three different times to talk to manager about the fact on the phone making reservation i was specifically asked if i wanted floor or second floor to which i replied first because my elderly mother was traveling with me. Got to the hotel before 8pm. No first floor rooms have to go to the second floor. I later learned it said on their computer for first floor and in fact there were as many as three rooms that could have been used.

This properties bathrooms need to be inspected by OSHA or somebody cause the mold problem is horrific. The staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast is adequate. I’m surprised that they’re allowed to have a second floor without an elevator. They need more than one luggage cart.

Do not let the photos on the web site fool you. These photos are from when the hotel was built new and have not been updated in many many years. I have attached some recent photos for your evaluation. Let me start with the front desk staff. All of those working the front desk when present were more concerned with their cell phones and not customer service. The staff managed to overbook the facility two nights in a row stranding four of my family members without a room. The rooms we had were filthy with carpet stains and furniture stains not to mention the significant presence of black mold in the bathroom, rusty and corroding walls and fixtures, holes in drywall furniture and carpet. I am not sure where the maintenance staff has been but have obviously been absent a long while as air conditioning units were stacked in the halls, the ice maker did not work. When it came to the continental breakfast there was no juice coffee or milk. There was however dry cereal and individually packaged breakfast pastries. Cups and napkins were rationed like fuel during WWII so I went to the Caseys next door to get milk, juice and napkins for my family. When it came to check out, even though the rate quoted when the reservation was made was less than that when we arrived, the front desk staff was able to charge me for six rooms not the five we occupied for the evening when the reservation was for seven rooms. I am a retired field engineer who has been a IHG Platinum member for over ten years. For $121.00 per night per room I will never stay at a Wyndham property again and neither should you. The extra drive will be worth it. Safe and Happy Travels.

Filthy, moldy bathroom from top to bottom. Filthy furniture. We very nearly cut our sister's weekend short because of the room. Wyndham management was close to non-responsive to my emailed complaint about the property. Better off sleeping in your car.

Junky dirty hotel. Don’t stay here. The owner will not put money into the property. Rooms are dirty with hair all over them. The bathroom was filthy and had grime all over. Someone puked all over the chair and it was never properly cleaned. The couch had random stains covering the entire surface of it. Breakfast food was out by 8am even though it’s served till 9. Staff said they were only allowed to put out the predetermined amount for that day, if it runs out it’s just out. Staff are only allowed to make coffee every half hour even if it’s out.

Microwave had food splattered all over it. Bed cover had large stain. Stairwell carpets dirty. I would not stay here again, nor recommend anyone else stay here. Also their computer system can’t handle prepaid ******* reservations, so check in took half an hour, despite the efforts of the very nice desk person.
