Otel temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Ancak, yaz günü standart odada klima olmaması biraz sıkıntılıydı. Çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve fazlasıyla doyurucuydu. Taş odalar temiz ve etnik ambiyansı güzeldi. Jakuzi çalışıyordu. Konumu da turistik merkezlere yakın. Atılan günlük gezi ve aktivite planı da oldukça faydalıydı. Biz konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Personel yaklaşımı çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Girişte size gezilecek yerlerin bilgisini gönderiyorlar. Ayrıca balon ve ATV türü konusunda yardımcı da oluyorlar. Balona binmek isterseniz otelden yardım alabilirsiniz en iyi fiyatı oradan alacaksınız muhtemelen. Otelin konumu da çok güzel Avanos merkeze çarşılara satıcılara vs. Yürüme mesafesinde. Caner Bey'in ve personelin güzel yüzlü, samimi yaklaşımları, odaların otantik havası, konfor ve hijyeni, Avanos merkez ve çarşıya çok yakın olması, fiyatın cazip olması, kahvaltılarının güzelliği, manzara ve huzurun buluştuğu sakin bir yer olması bizi çok memnun ve mutlu etti.
