Located in a good location with free parking fee. We took a bus to the city centre as I am not familiar with driving in the city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

The most atmospheric hotel among Ibis. Although it only has two floors, it is warm and comfortable. You can have dinner at the hotel without going out and having it. The taste is super great👍🏻

Not the best experience for us. The room was small , had two small pillows and 1 bath towel and one hand towel for two guests. The resption was very good and further pillows were promised . Fast forward an hour , change of staff , no pillows now available , they are full ! Certainly did not seem so. Addityional towels the following day were no issue.   The pool was nice , though not heated , the evening meal was good as was the service. Breakfast also was good and plentiful. However important detail not mentioned when we booked , or advertised in hotel was that the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night. Food of sorts was available.  Shame it could have scored a lot better

The location is very convenient, there is a large free parking lot, it is very suitable for self-driving tour. We are on Christmas holiday, but it is unexpected to have dinner at night. The young man at the front desk was very welcoming and provided us with a free map, as well as information on the route to the Palais and the parking lot.

when you visit Avignon with your car this is a good hotel to stay in. only a few minutes from the town centre. great connection with the autoroutes. Hotel is clean and up to date. good breakfast, good wifi and the swimming pool can be a bonus on hot summer days. mind you though that there is no elevator in the house. you need to use stairs if you have a room on the first or second floor.
