很古樸、很有味道的一家酒店，跟大教堂斜對角，位置非常好，是以前的一個古堡改造而成的，酒店的大門不大，但內部非常寬敞，有兩個玻璃頂的餐飲大廳。房間也非常不錯古色古香的，設施配套都很完善。酒店的服務也很好，前台接待人員非常熱情，有問必答。總之這個酒店性價比很高，值得推薦。

The hotel is in a very good location. It is very easy to walk from the hotel to attractions within the city. Breakfast has a variety to choose from. The room is in original condition but new and clean. Service is good.

El hotel esta muy bien, limpio, comodo y centrico , para aparcar está complicado porque la calle estaba de obras, pero hay un parking cerca que no es muy caro. Lo recomiendo, no desayunamos , cerca hay bares para desayunar,personal amable..

El hotel es fantástico, te alojas en un pedazo de historia de Ávila, con uno de los patios más bonitos de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy agradables y cómodas (si hay que poner un pero quizás algo pequeñas), limpias y luminosas y el personal un 10. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Lamentablemente a pesar de ser un hotel histórico en el centro de la ciudad el mantenimiento de las habitaciones está obsoleta. moqueta en la habitación, tejidos de cortinas y sobrecama muy desgastados y viejos. Griferías antiguas sin mezclador difícil de ajustar la temperatura para no quemarse o congelarse, sumidero atascado, mal sellado de la bañera. Insonorización de las habitaciones escasa. Precio-calidad excesivo. No obstante la atención del personal y la resolución de problemas y ayuda a los mismos fue perfecta.
