room on 6th floor, good firm bed, good bathroom, no funny smells, no noise, aircon worked well, helpful front desk. breakfast average quality, reasonable selection, freshly ground coffee. staff was forthcoming. perfect location for driving to Avila, easy parking and great viewpoint. Price/quality ratio was exceptional

Ótimo hotel ,localizado fora da muralha perto do ponto turístico cuatro postes . Por estar com carro optamos pelo mesmo , fácil de chegar , tem estacionamento no local gratuito em vagas enfrente ao hotel e caso queira há garagem fechada paga .Quarto confortável apenas o ar condicionado não funcionou durante a noite devidamente, funcionários super simpáticos e acolhedores . Café da manhã com boas variações disponíveis . Há um caminho que orientam até as muralhas , que fizemos a pé e gasta em cerca de 20 min, fizemos andando devagar , e deixamos o carro no hotel , fotografando e curtindo a natureza , optamos por voltar de táxi com custo de 5 euros . Além de tudo curtir a vista da muralha , no entardecer e durante a noite bem de pertinho . Vale o custo benefício

Viaje de turismo social. Las habitaciones que adjudican en este programa están en un estado bastante mejorable, la moqueta está rota en todos los sitios, la limpieza deja bastante que desear, la luz en la habitación escasa y no hay enchufes en la mesilla. El desayuno no puede ser más cutre y escaso. En tu plato hay un dulce industrial, dos biscotes una mantequilla y mermelada. Una jarra en la mesa con un "zumo" de caja. Una sola cafetera. Sin tostadora. Y el fiambre y el queso de ínfima calidad y contado. Supongo que la respuesta del hotel será la misma que han dado a las personas que como yo exponen sus quejas, les agradecería que en lugar de despacharnos con palabras lo hicieran mejorando el servicio pues ya llevan Uds. mucho tiempo recibiendo comentarios como el mío.
