I chose the hotel based on reviews, and one of the articles on the Internet referred to this hotel as a health resort with a detox program. Well, I went there to improve my health, since Russian sanatoriums are more expensive. I didn’t find any health improvement or detox, and the only thing it has in common with a sanatorium is the contingent of guests. Mostly 60+, and mostly Germans. This was not a minus, rather the opposite, they rested calmly and culturally without noise. I’ll start with the DISADVANTAGES. The tour operator listed the hotel as 5* and it was slightly more expensive than other 5* hotels where we had previously rested. Therefore, there were expectations that the service would be no worse than those hotels. We spontaneously got away for a week, with tickets without luggage, so I didn’t take any soap or toiletries with me. There were no dental kits, robes, or a bar of soap in the room (only liquid soap in a tube on the wall). Okay, I thought, I'll ask at the reception, because even the most run-down three-star hotels provided this upon request. But no.... neither dental kits nor robes are provided. And imagine my disappointment when it turned out that in the shower there is a tank with 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel on the wall. Hair conditioner and body lotion are also not provided. After the salty sea, my waist-length hair promised not to comb, so I had to go to the supermarket to buy, in addition to toothpaste and brushes, also hair balm, half of which I will throw away, because they will not allow it back in my hand luggage. The same with cotton pads and swabs, which were provided in a single copy upon check-in and then were not replenished during cleaning. There are no blankets in the rooms. They offer to cover yourself with white bedspreads/plaids. They are thin and do not heat, so if you have a partner like me who needs a cooler air conditioner in the room, and you are a cold person, then get ready for endless arguments. Moreover, the bedspreads are provided without a duvet cover. I have not seen the maids change the bedspreads in the rooms. But if I have not seen them, it does not mean that they do not. But thoughts about unhygienic conditions and who did what on these bedspreads did not leave me. The walls are very thin. We heard the old man snoring in the next room. And not only snoring))) We knew that the wi-fi is free only in the lobby. But it is useless. Very bad connection in the evenings, because everyone sits there. We had to take a paid one, but it still periodically failed. Well, ON THE PLUSES. The rooms are clean, not worn out. The plumbing worked properly. The beach is wonderful. Clean, very comfortable entry, we didn't encounter a single pebble, the water is clear. Both children and old people are good. Of the Turkish beaches where we were - this hotel has the best. Relatively good location. Not far away on foot to the market on Wednesdays, where you can buy fruit or things. All the shops are nearby. The animators worked 100%. The food was tasty and varied, we liked everything we tried. We didn't go hungry, it is clear that the kitchen works 200%. And fish, and several types of meat, lots of greens, vegetables, fruits, bomb desserts. The waiters are also all friendly, promptly but
