Güzel,huzurlu ve mutlu biten bir tatlı
Konaklamam tamda bayrama denk geldi ve ben ilk kez granada ile tanışma fırsatı buldum
Otel kapasitesine göre küçük fakat hava ıkı gün çok kötüydü ve sürekli çalışanlar birşeyler yaptırmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar
Tüm personel sürekli güleryüzle bize davrandı misafirilişkileri sürekli mesaj attı ne istediğimizi sordular normalde odaya şampanya gelmez ama gelsiiimiz ilk gün odamıza meyve tabağı bile geldi
Havuz küçük ama yeterli çünkü denize sıfır
Yoğunluktan dolayı restorant kalabalıktı biran yemek kalmayacak diye düşündük fakat sürekli yemek vardı
Yazılan kötü yorumları okuyorum sonuçta verilen bedel belli yani fazlasıyla ilgilendiler gerçekten aksini iddia eden haksızlık yapar
Lobide yer hep vardı çay kahve ne içmek istersenız hep getirdiler lobi personeli çok ama çok ilgiliydi snimasyonlar güzeldi
Sadece oda temizliğini çok beğenmedim ona daha dikkat edilebilir diye bilgi de verdim otele biz beğendik denizi kum dalga hiç yok herşey elinizin altında
Birde beklentiniz ne bunu bilmek lazım daha iyisini istiyorsanız 300 bini gözden çıkartmanız gerekli 😂 teşekkürler granada

Başarılı bir işletme
Otel genel olarak güzel. Odalarda ki eşyalar yeni temiz. Yemekler herkesin damak tadına uygun bir yemek bulabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. Mini bar ücretsiz. Su kaydırağı var fakat çocuklar için demek daha doğru. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte. Deniz kum taş yok çok çabuk derinleşiyor. İskelede de şenzlonlar var giriştekiler ücretsiz localar paralı.

Not for British people
Stunning hotel ,pool and beach,food cold, no king prawns as advertised,staff not trained, tables not sanitised and wiped down, rooms not cleaned well if at all, not for British people only a handful in hotel and very rude other nationality’s, staff spoke very little English,an expensive mistake for a seasoned traveller, will not return

Tesis vale , resepsiyon , bellboy karşılama hizmeti çok iyiydi. Deniz manzaralı bir odada konakladık temizlik iyiydi , mini bar hizmeti yeterliydi. Yemek servisi yeterli , snack hizmeti yeterliydi. Tüm personel çok alakalı ve güler yüzlüydü. Hoteli genel olarak çok sevdik.

Отдыхали в отеле с друзьями в начале октября 2024г. Получили огромное удовольствие. Понравилось абсолютно все. Были заселены сразу после приезда, что безусловно приятно. Питание отличное, разнообразное. Большой ассортимент салатов, закусок, сыров. Сладкий стол - попробовать все пирожные не реально. Повара справились на отлично, только некоторые блюда были острые. Потрясающий сервис, классный пляж. У всего персонала доброжелательное отношение ко всем гостям отеля. Особо понравился молодой человек на роликовых коньках по имени DOGUKAN. Огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за прекрасный отдых, веселый и комфортный.

Отличный отель, хорошее обслуживание, высоковаты цены на экскурсии в целом всё замечательно и анимация отличная, рекомендую всем, хорошее питание, вежливый персонал, в номере всё есть необходимое. Всё понравилось в октябре самое лучшее время там побывать
