Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Haile Resort offers top-notch service, a delicious menu, and exceptional customer experience. I highly recommend it, having been a customer for 6 years and received great assistance. They provide good customer service and if you need anything they ready to provide

The service starting from the gate through reception, the restaurant and room service is just something else. Additional their food is really tasty. I admire how they check up on you after you left the hotel….. All I want to say it keep it up!!

The best experience i've ever had. Thewhole staff gives attention to every detail, they are engaging and it feels like i am at home with someone spoiling me extremely. We leave looking forward to when we'll come back... They are truly the best in evey service they give!

Wonderful resort for the family. So quiet and peaceful and many things to do. The sauna was so relaxing and we had fun with swimming, miniature golf and basketball. The hippo boat tour was a highlight for the kids Wonderful service and amazing food.

Awesome view, nice rooms and good service. Spend 2 very convenient nights here at the lake side and would recommend it without doubt. Clean, nice food. What else to write? Awesome room service. Nice breakfast. Gym staff could be more friendly but I liked the pool. Good for a proper swim

Haile Resort impressed with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a variety of activities. The food was delicious, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service. The extensive breakfast buffet was a highlight. Overall, a great stay!
