Otelin komutu ***et iyiydi. Otelin giriş kısmı, otel tarafından işletilen bir kahve dükkanı. Bu nedenle odalara çok gürültü çıkıyordu. Odalar tatmin edici ama banyosu revize istiyor. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Tek gecelik seyahatlere uygun

Konum tam Aydın merkezde ve otopark olanağıyla çok rahat bir konaklama sağlıyor.Odalar temiz düzenli ve yatakları çok rahat. otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve kahvaltısı çok başarılı. Yolum Aydın'a düştüğünde artık alternatif bir otel aramam.

Rezervasyon merkezden otele aktarılmamış, geldiğimizde oda yoktu. Resepsiyon sona kalan eski bir odayı verdi. Oda eski ve kokuyordu. Resepsiyondaki genç erkek arkadaş çok yardımcıydı, bu nedenle hizmete 5 yıldız verdim. Düzgün bir oda olsa deneyimimiz çok daha farklı olurdu.

Odanın mobilyaları fotoğraflardan tamamen olmasa da farklıydı. Ayrıca odanın telefonu ve kurutma makinesi bozuktu. Yeni kurutma makinesi getirilmesini rica ettik. Daha sonrasında ikinci bir kurutma makinesi de getirildi ancak bu makine de bozuk çıktı. Kaldığımız süre boyunca kurutma makinemiz yoktu. Eğer otelde kalacaksanız yanınızda kurutma makinesi gibi ihtiyaçlarınızı getirmenizi öneririm.
Oda ilk açıldığında pis bir haldeydi ancak sonrasında temizlendi. Temizlik noktasında rahat olabileceğiniz bir otel diyebilirim. Konum olarak Aydın’ın en merkezi konumunda yer alıyor. Ulaşım açısından herhangi bir sorun yaşamayacağınız, sosyal alanlara yakın bir konumda olan oteli konumu için tercih edebilirsiniz.
Otel bulvar üstünde konumlandığı için cam açılması halinde trafik sesi rahatsızlık verebilir. Ancak camlar kapalı olduğunda ses rahatsızlık vermiyor.
Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibar. Ancak bir kurutma makinesi eksikliği de maalesef giderilemedi.
