Hotel location is good and near Ayer Keroh town.Room was spacious but lights were a bit dim.Requested for table lamp and hotel immediately provided.Overall hotel is nice and will consider for next trip to Ayer Keroh.

The position of the hotel is strategic next to mitc and many restaurants in the vicinity... However, the condition of the hotel is a bit shabby with smelly carpets that cause allergies to people with allergies, broken bathroom doors, very low water pressure, no refrigerator, no clothes hangers, bath towels are not provided, bath soap is not provided even though the room is cleaned, the food is not satisfactory, there are no tissues in the room, there are only 2 elevators that work...

The room is spacious and clean. TV channels are okay and got wifi. The air-cond is a bit loud but bearable as we thought it was raining. Satisfied with the bathroom except for the dirty toilet bowl and torn toilet mat. Need to have a handle near the tub as it's a bit slippery to get down. The left wing room got a damp smell with the ceiling down. Breakfast is ok. Love chicken rendang. Other food is so-so. Lack of pastry and edible options. Found a cockroach near the omelette counter but didn't want to make a scene. Satisfied with the swimming pool, I can't really enjoy it because of the rainy weather. Suggest having a bench in the pool.

The service at the check-in counter is very good and friendly, but the atmosphere of the hotel lobby is quite quiet and bland, there is no receptionist or bell boy on duty at the main entrance of the hotel lobby. The elevator from the parking lot in the basement of the hotel was broken and did not work so we had to carry our bags and belongings up the stairs.
The room conditions are spacious and very comfortable, but the lighting in the room is a bit dim and needs to be brighter for the purpose of reading and writing more comfortably. In addition to that, there is damage to the bathroom that is not properly maintained, such as the hand washing sink and the pipe in the toilet is found to be leaking.
We really enjoyed the food provided. The food is appetizing and has a lot of options. Thank you.

The check in process kind of late. I have to wait around 15 min infront of the desk just to get entertain by the receptionist. No further guidance from the receptionist regarding the location of the breakfast that i purchased together after i obtained my key.
The room i got was decent with a pool view. But the aircond was not fully functional. Its not cold enough even though the temp was set to the fullest. The cleanliness of the room is bearable & I even dont get extra towel and fridge in my room. Also, the light control is horrible. I can’t choose to turn off lighting in the designated area even though the control is there. In the end i just turn off all the lights to cater my sleep.
The toilet was spacious but with no floor mat, making it dangerous to the children accidentally trip and fall due to slippery floor.
The breakfast buffet is just above my expectations to me. Not many choices you can choose from.
Overall the hotel location and parking was ok.
