The hotel has its own outdoor pool on the beach, especially the first floor. The balcony window can be used to jump directly into the pool. The room is small but the clean facilities are very new. The hotel's breakfast room outdoor terrace view is great, overall the price is very high.

This hotel was amazing the staff and management team can not do enough for you me and my partner got there quite late we got water and a sandwich and we got a lovely upgrade and a bottle of champagne and strawberry’s in our room I’m going though some health issues at the moment so that was so kind of them to do that I stayed in 304 the room was lush I just want to say love love love this hotel one thing I would only say that time of year I think they should heat the pool a little bit as it was so icy cold but everything else 10/10 xxxx also the bar staff are fantastic make the best cocktails and food was amazing x

Overall it was a great experience, the food was really good and the service was nice, what made the experience great was the entertainer Valentino (Rossi) with his funny games, such as darts, quizzes and karaoke. We all got separate nicknames which made us recognise and remember other hotel guests, which lead to greeting and talking to each other. He made our days more enjoyable and fun!

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Beautiful chilled out hotel right on the sea front, Our room was on the top floor seafront so we had some amazing views The room was a good size , very clean as expected small TV and fridge but the fridge wasn't that great barely kept things chilled , the bed was so comfortable though had some great sleeps The Aircon wasn't the best though you literally had to stand under it too feel it The bathroom had a walk in shower but sometimes the pressure wasn't great did the job though The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of English and continental food always found something to eat when we went can't comment on the lunch and dinner . The hotel has a very chilled out vibe , lovely staff always saying hello to you apart from when we left and handed the key in the dark haired lady at reception didnt say 1 word to us - no everything ok , did you enjoy yourself have a nice trip - she just looked at the pair of us like mmmm like what was we doing here - my partner looked at me and said the exact same thing - stuck up - your a receptionist love dont look down on us your on minimum wage in cyprus - apart from her all the other staff where ok we went out every night but there was a piano player in the main bar on one night don't no if there's any other entertainment The pool is too small for the hotel and has been said the sunbed hoggers are here in force Saw a few children here but there really is nothing for them to do apart from the pool Pros Lovely view if sea facing The vibe Very clean Friendly staff well most of them Good food Location . This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

What a place!!!! Been greeted with a glass of Champagne. Staff amazing! Polite. Hotel is clean, new, elegant. Our room looks AMAZING 🤩. Pools are decent size. View from our room ... Wow. Food even better (!) it's our 4th hotel in 16 days at Southern Cyprus. And so far is the best choice! Nothing, literally nothing to complain about. Restaurant is beautiful with super comfortable chairs. Highly recommend this place. Short walking distance to the beaches, pubs and restaurants. We will come back here for sure. If you wanna spoil yourself or and partner.... Come here ❤️🙏

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

I feel obliged to write this review as someone who stalked reviews before we went away , you spend forever saving for holidays wanted to ensure it was right for us. So.. We booked this hotel when it was advertised as a 4 Star , we received an email from our holiday provider to state that it had changed to a 3. If we wanted to change our accommodation we could , without and admin fee. I looked for other hotels and the difference was nearly £1100.00 our holiday was already paid and we really toyed with the idea of changing. However the financial part of it just didn't seem worth it. We stuck with our choice and headed to our holiday of 10days. Family of 3 - Daughter is 9. We arrived at the hotel , nice man on desk very informative and was handed our key. A KEY with a massive key ring , which I have never had before. We had a family room , we didn't have an updated one unfortunately. Bathroom was very small not much room to put your toiletries. Beds were big and comfy , balcony mid size. We were on the main road & I am a light sleeper so struggled with the traffic noise for a few nights. Bedsheets weren't the cleanest there were stains. We had ants one evening called to reception and we had someone come to our room an sort it within minutes but still not really what you want on holiday. Air con was great kept room freezing which is what we needed as it was SOOO HOT! Cleaners didn't really clean your room , bed was made and floor was moped we came back numerous times to soaking wet floor which we had to use towels to dry it as it was soaking! Food- We woke up next morning headed to breakfast , nice food nice selection not massive which is what I am used to on all inclusive but that had what any brit abroad needed. Cups of tea were lush! Lunch - Snack bar was really good selection of food , it closes just before dinner and lunch starts so you have to get there in time to get something but food was nice. Dinner hall food was a good selection of things over the 10 days. For kids there was 2 trays one with nuggets other with chips that was it. There are themed evenings , we ate out 2 nights as there was nothing my daughter would have eaten. So many lovely bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The evening food Asian night was my fave and we really enjoyed that. Desserts for kids , there's ice cream that's it. 2 different cake option for adults not much else. Pool - Was like getting in a bath needed a cool down from the heat but didn't get one lol Area was always clean lifeguard was always out and around watching and talking to people to keep them safe which was nice too see. Beds easy to get in the morning , as a brit i always went down early with towels because its in my blood :) Hotel staff were amazing , always had a smile and a good morning really lovely people. One of the rare hotels where we got the room we wanted the first time. Before arrival I asked for a room with shower on the 4th floor and to my great pleasure we got it. We were happy with everything at the hotel, the reception and the restaurant were very nice.We will be back in October 2024 and hope to return again. Thank you!
