Abacus Suites

Very nice hotel, there is a large parking lot with automatic opening, the common areas are absolutely well-kept (shame about the air conditioning, at the entrance of the hotel you risked getting pneumonia), the swimming pool is absolutely spectacular. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (we had a double with a view of the swimming pool). The only flaw, the shower did not have a lock and every time the bathroom flooded. The only real negative aspect was the meals. Breakfast was also good, there were sweet and savory dishes for all tastes but dinner was absolutely not there. Little choice, always the same things, maybe a little modified and low quality. It's okay that we are Italian and we are obsessed with food, but we never held back in all the places we went. Always the same meat dishes, almost never fish (being on an island I don't think there was a lack of raw materials), always French fries on the side and practically no vegetables, and trust me, after 10 days with this diet we needed them as if they were oxygen. But the thing that left us most perplexed was the fact that you had to pay for drinks at dinner, even water. With the half-board service it had never happened to us. Obviously we know that abroad it is like this with food but it is still a disappointment. Good location with respect to the center, walking 10 minutes you can get everywhere. I recommend the hotel because overall we found ourselves well apart from everything, but surely there are other solutions in the area, since they all seem very similar to me.
