Atlantica SunGarden Beach

Stayed for 2 weeks and couldn’t fault the hotel .All staff were brilliant Like to say thanks to Jamie on reception egg and zolton on main bar and Anna in restaurant and pool bar.Food was great and the drinks. Rooms were spotless and could change towels at anytime pool area kept very clean and beach is only a couple of minutes away .Taxi is 10 euros to centre of town or bus stop outside.Re booked for next October

One of the best holidays we have ever been on. This experience was made by the wonderful staff. Only to mention a few- Noor was a brilliant bartender who was always friendly and provides the best cocktails. Which are great throughout the hotel. The owner was always present to ensure we were happy and to resolve any issues. The food was unbelievable. Having been to many hotel and all inclusive by far this was the best food we have had. We aren’t a fussy family so we always had something new to try. The themed night were fantastic, giving us a large variety always leaving the restaurant full. The cleaner was especially helpful and brilliant. She would always friendly and polite. The hotel as a whole was so clean and welcoming and beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend a hotel enough. I can’t believe how anyone can say the hotel was bad. We would love to again next year.

This hotel is amazing the staff are friendly and helpful especially Thomas. The food was really good and good choice and also good choice of drinks. The cleaning staff work really hard all in all an amazing place to stay. Will definitely come back. Thank you for some fantastic memories

We're a couple who have stayed at numerous hotels, including 5* in the past, and as such we were apprehensive about staying at a 4* family hotel. We didn't need to worry. Our flight meant that we get to the hotel at around 11pm. Greeted by the wonderful Phil on reception who told us we had food waiting for us in the room along with a bottle of water. Our room was unfortunately just above the rubbish bins and air conditioning unit which, as light sleepers, wasn't ideal. We went to reception to complain the next morning and within 2 hours George had switched rooms for us. George was also on hand when an accident entirely of my own making meant I needed first aid assistance. We ate breakfast and lunch most days, and apart from going out we ate most evenings there too. 8 stations with a variety of salads, vegetables, fruits, different meats and a fresh cooked station, along with the usual pizza/chips/nuggets if that's your thing as well as themed nights. All the restaurant staff greeted us with a smile, drinks came quickly, and plates were also clesred away in a short space of time. The staff manning the bars were also just as welcoming and helpful. By day 3 they will know your name and what your drinks preferences are. The pool areas are kept clean and tidy. The bar by the pools also has snacks which we didn't need but heard no complaints about. Our room was cleaned as per our request, we even had one of the maids ask if we were sure we didn't need our room cleaned. Again, all with a smile and nothing was too much effort. The only negative I have is that some of the guests can be extremely noisy and inconsiderate of others. Besides trying to ensure a low noise policy after midnight there isn't much the hotel can do about this, and the positives more than outweigh that one negative. All in all how anyone could be dissatisfied is beyond me. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make each guest feel special, the hotel is clean, tidy and the food is well above 4*. It seems some guests are expecting 5** treatment on a 4* holiday price. If you want that, pay for it. We got back first thing this morning and we're already looking to book for next year.

10/10. Where to start…. Staff - all polite and helpful. Waiters, bar staff, cleaners and reception all brilliant. Rooms - we stayed in a sea view double room in the main hotel (204). Great size and views were amazing out to sea. Rooms was clean on arrival and cleaned each day we were there (7 days) Hotel - not too busy despite appearing to be full. There is plenty of room by the bar area and in the dinner hall and never feel to crammed In. The hotel was always clean everywhere you went. Pools - we stayed by the main pool and adult pool throughout our stay. The infinity pool has an amazing view across the coast. The pool Areas were always clean and tidy and there was never an issue getting a lounger. Bars - drinks menu is the same throughout the hotel. We mainly got ours from main bar and pool bar. Good quality cocktails with a range to suit all. Also water machines all around to help keep you hydrated in the heat. Food - we didn’t do the Al a Carte part but only because we enjoyed the main restaurant so much. Varied food each day and a different theme night each night. The live cooking area was always providing great theme night food and there was an area for kids food also. One of the best all inclusive foods we have experienced. Many options and always great quality and taste. Location - the hotel is only a 20min walk into Ayia Napa centre and the Ayia Napa harbour. They are both worth a visit but even more so in the evening when it’s a little cooler to walk. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from also but I recommend ‘The Square open air bar’. Live music and sport in a great location. Just up the road from the hotel is the Ayia Napa sculpture walk. Recommend taking a short wonder round this also. Great views all round. The beach is a 5min walk down to the right of the hotel and the sea is warm and with fish to see nearer the rocks so take your goggles. There are also jet skis, pedalos and other water sports available. I think that pretty much covers everything. Would 100% recommend to couples and families. The hotel and area offer something for everyone.

This is our 5th/6th visit to this hotel and it is just absolute bliss, the food is amazing, the staff are so pleasant and polite and the hotel is very clean, there’s not really anything bad I can about this hotel. The location is great, it’s about a mile walk into the centre and there are hotels, restaurants and shops along the way so it’s not an isolated walk. I begrudge booking anywhere else for our holiday as I know what I will get for my money when we holiday here, weather is also perfect everytime we have been, still got in September/October but not unbearable.
