It's actually not bad. It's just far from the airport. I took a taxi for 40 minutes and it cost 65 euros. It's close to Cavo Grego. I like it very much.

Old hotel but well maintained. Nice service and lots of amenities. A good base for exploring eastern Cyprus and to recommend in front of the pool. Lots of cats and parrots :-)

Just returned from spending a lovely 14 nights at the Napa Prince Hotel. The rooms are functional but more than adequate. You will probably need to budget for the addition of aircon but this is excellent value (approx €8 per night) and really a must when travelling during the warmer months. The cleaning staff work hard to keep the rooms tidy and clean and the rooms provide decent fresh towels, a fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates and safe (additional charge). There was a small TV as well but I never used this. The hotel's swimming pool is excellent and offers a very friendly bar service from 08:30am until very late. The bar staff are fantastic and engaging and made the holiday with the likes of Bombas helping to make everyone feel welcome with nothing too much trouble. The bar food was also of a decent quality and was cheap. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk away from plenty of restaurants and bars but it is a longer walk to the beach. Taxis though are cheap and plentiful. You can expect a little noise within the complex as it is a vibe hotel which attracts plenty of youngsters looking to have fun but overall this hotel represents excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for a decent self catering break.

Stayed at Napa Prince with a group of 6 friends and can honestly say it’s one of the best experiences we’ve had with a hotel. The basics are done very well with the rooms being cleaned regularly and food/drink served at poolside all day. Our main praise for this hotel is for the staff who made our stay so much more enjoyable. Bambos, Ninja and Tommy behind the bar are so friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Always happy to have a chat and give recommendations on local spots. Would also like to mention Kosta who is head of nighttime security who was amazing to all of us when we got back every night, welcoming us back with a chat every time and made sure everything was running smoothly. To summarize, we enjoyed our stay here massively and are already discussing coming again next year. Wish Bombas, Ninja, Tommy and Kosta all the best and hope to see you soon.

What a week! Napa Prince had been an absolute pleasure to stay at this past week, the majority of that enjoyment has been put down to the lovely staff. Tommy, Ninja, Bambos and everyone else at the bar were fantastic, we could not fault the hotel staff either. The cleaners left our rooms clean and tidy every single day without fault. All 9 of us would also love to say the biggest thank you to Kosta, the Head of Nighttime Security. He has been nothing short of perfect for 7 days straight, whenever we got back from a night out he was always there to greet us with a smile and a good chat before we went to bed. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay at Napa Prince, if i could give 6 stars i would do it immediately.

The Napa Prince Hotel Apartments can't be described as luxury accommodation in fact it's fairly basic in today's market, however it was spotlessly clean and very well positioned for short 10 minute walks down into Ayia Napa town and the Nissi beach area. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, clean and great for sunbathing, although very close to a busy noisy road with lots of very loud quad bikes and road buggies passing by all day. The absolute best feature of the Napa Prince is the pool bar. The guys running the bar are so friendly and chatty which was just brilliant for breakfasts, throughout the day and into the night. Breakfasts are cooked for you on order, basic but very reasonable. During our week there (late May) visitor numbers were very low in fact on most days there were only 6 or 7 people around the pool, so a little quiet really. The area between the apartments and Ayia Napa town is a little rundown at the moment with a good number of closed shops, pubs and derelict buildings. We did enjoy our stay, the weather was excellent but I doubt we will return.

Napa prince has friendly helpful staff. Bar area especially so. All areas clean while we were there. That's the positive. Unfortunately there are negatives. We read reviews before we booked so was surprised to find the hotel sitting beside a busy road (24/7 traffic noise} in an urban area, a lot of which was a bit scruffy. Especially the small properties which were up against the hotels back wall. We saw these everytime we left or entered our appartment. The hotel is not on the local bus routes so its either walking up and down steep hills or a taxi which is 10 euro each way. This hotel is not suitable for anybody that struggles with walking up and down hills.
