Nice hotel, rich breakfast buffet and the gym right next to the indoor swimming pool

The hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and very clean. Food was nice most nights however some days the choice was very random and not appealing. All inclusive drinks had a good choice but cocktails were very strong 😂 (don't measure spirits just empty it in) and beer choice wasn't a good and had no cider. Location is good but pictures are very deceiving, the pool looks big on pictures and looks like you have direct access to beach but the pool was small and you don't have access to the beach from the hotel.

I’m currently sat in the reception area outside writing this as we wait for our coach to take us to the airport. We have been blown away by our experience at this hotel and it’s difficult to understand why people have left negative reviews. We arrived early hours in the morning and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who checked us in and gave us a little bag with some croissants and breakfast bars incase we were hungry (thought this was a lovely touch). When we entered our hotel room, we had a lovely message congratulating us on our marriage and a fresh plate of fruit and bottle of bubbly in the fridge. We opted for a standard sea view room and it had the most beautiful views and everything we needed. The pillows were so fluffy and I had some of the best nights sleep that I’ve had in a long time, especially with the aircon which was stunning in this heat. The hotel is immaculate when it comes to cleanliness! Every area is clean and the pool area is cleaned thoroughly daily! We didn’t once struggle to get a sunbed around the pool though we are early birds and was up around 7ish each morning. The cocktails around the pool are lovely. Plenty of options and very strong! The ouzo and lemonade was my favourite. The food was beautiful and lots of options to choose from. You would have to be an extremely fussy eater not to find anything you like because they had different meat options and fish options and lots of salad, breads, pastas etc. I found the stifado especially nice! I didn’t try many of the desserts but the ones I did were beautiful. At breakfast there were hot breakfast options, and boiled, fried and scrambled eggs, along with cheese and ham options and croissants and different pastries, yoghurts, fruit etc. We only tried the snack menu once and had the cheeseburger, onion rings and dips which again, could not complain and the dining area is so beautiful around the pool. The staff are so polite and friendly and really attentive. The location was perfect. It’s 2 mins walk from the beach and although it’s not got direct access, that didn’t bother us at all. There are supermarkets within minutes walk and a pharmacy 5 mins away. Then the harbour and the square with all the nightlife just within 5-10 mins walk.If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends and would 100% return here.

We recently had a stay here at Nelia beach 17th-24th May 2024 and we were impressed from the first instance. We travelled here for Our wedding at (Sirines beach on 22.05.2024) so we had other family members and friends join us at this hotel soon after. We were greeted well on arrival, we arrived gone midnight with our 2 young children ages 1 and 4 and was clearly and efficiently given all information we needed. We was given snacks and bottles of water in our room which were a nice addition after a long journey. We had a superior family room with large balcony. The room was very clean, had fridge, kettle, locker and hair dryer. The balcony was impressive in size and had sun beds, our children loved to make use of this space whilst we were getting ready ect. All the staff were very helpful, attentive. Nothing was too much bother. All were friendly and communicated very well. On our wedding day we recieved a bottle of champagne, fruit bowl and a little congratulations note which was lovely! We had room service which was very quick and tasty! The hallomi starter dish was to die for! Our little boy turned 2 the day after our wedding (double celebrations) they kindly played a happy birthday song and ensured we had a long table to sit with all family and friends. Our just turned 2 year old was given a special complimentary birthday cake - he loved it! They even helped us serve our remaining wedding cake to celebrate too. The all inclusive food was tasty, lots of choice for adults and children. Although sometimes repeative after a few days. The pool area was very good, small pool for little ones to paddle safely. Life guard was present most times. Although when our youngest slipped in the pool and went under it was lucky we were close as at the time the lifeguard did not noticed, instead texting on his phone. I would hate for a worse situation to happen and there be a lack of attention or assistance from the lifeguard in future. Bar and restaurant staff very helpful and attentive. 5 star service from all. Reception staff, managers all very helpful. Cleaners friendly and very efficient in their work. They work hard and do a good job! The entertainment lacked the first few nights with face painting and only a few songs played. It would have been nice to see more of a lively effort for the kids especially and a full entertainment team. Nothing started until gone 9pm which is a little late for toddlers. There was a night of singers, fire show and brake dancers this was very good and enjoyed by all the family. Location very good, beach on the door step. Nissi beach not too much further. All shops, bars, restaurants located just a short walk down the road. Lots of choice for boat trips. Overall, thanks to Nelia beach and their team for making our stay wonderful and memorable. We enjoyed this hotel very much! Fantastic team!

We had lovely family break in Nelia beach in May half term. It’s was perfect for what we wanted : all inclusive break in the sun. The location of the hotel was great, near to the lovely beach, harbour and short walk to the main ***** of the resort. Hotel staff were amazing, hard working and attentive. Very clean room ! The food was excellent, plentiful of choice. We opted out to eat out few nights ( our own preference ) and there was plenary restaurants to choose from,we liked the beach bar and couple of restaurants n harbour. Recommend the sunset boat trips which can be organised in the harbour. We will be back! Loved the shallow lagoon coloured beach especially. We found it great value for money as booked with Jet2 and got free child place.

Fred W Thoroughly recommend this hotel Recently returned to this hotel, our third stay and were welcomed back by the Manager and staff. Everything is as spotless as ever, the restaurant has a good choice of food for everyone; compliments to the chef and to Ala and Yoita and the staff in general. The evening entertainment is very good too. Thanks to Ala who cleaned our room each day, leaving it spotlessly clean, such a lovely lady, so nice to see her again. Whilst we were there it was my wife’s birthday and she received a birthday card, fruit, cake and wine; which was very much appreciated. We look forward to returning in the near future to this delightful hotel.

Stayed 18th-22nd arrived after all inclusive had finished and was given 2 free snacks each plus we was told we could have a dtee drink on the hotel at the bar which turned out to be a half if you like beer. The room was nice clean had a rear view of the hotel next to us and the delivery zone for both hotels. If you like fresh air be prepared for noise at night. Location was very close to the beach but access was disappointing the hotel located at the bottom of our pool area had access to beach but our access was at the opposite end out of reception go to the road turn right and then first left. Food wise always something to eat even for me who is allergic to cheese and gluten intolerant. Lunch and evening a lovely women will take your drinks order think her name was Andri Pool bar 2 nice lads behind the bar fairly quick at serving people I tried all 16 alcoholic cocktails by end of the week. The lager is brand called Zorbras not very good for my personal taste Wasn't keen on the evening entertainment The hotel has alot of other nationalities The pool did seem on the small size but did have nice seats in the water and beds that set in shallow area.The spa was great staff nice and friendly I went for a full body massage. Also it's the place you go for towels for pool The only criticism I have is the entertainment team not once did they acknowledge me and my friend, people around us where spoken to and asked to join in. I wonder if we ignored because we where older 55 and 65. I would have joined in but felt not wanted so didn't chase after them to join in. Would have given higher rating if entertainment team had spoken to me
