Location is perfect but Service and facilities was terrible

Very good hotel, everything is up to standard, helpful staff, quiet, large rooms, sea view, parking on site, which is very important, since many hotels do not have enough places and there are problems with fines. We spent great time, recommend it 👍

If you wanna waste your money… - you can throw it into the trash or - you can buy All Inclusive in "Ramada Hotel & Suites By Wyndham Ayia Napa" NO DIFFERENCE Very poor quality of food, drinks, services, etc. Incompetent staff including "the manager". Cyprus is a beautiful island surrounded by very nice beaches, but… Ramada Hotel is really the worst place you can choose to stay.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff and they don’t care. We are booked two nights, the reception woman didn’t know how many nights we booked or to communicate with us. They lost our IDs and only one Cypriot guy was helping us, he is very helpful and kind. The facilities and the pool are clean, but you can’t spent your day in the hotel because the bar doesn’t offer any cockail or expert drink since the barman is bored to work. Nobody ask us for two days if we have towels or anything else.

To be honest…Absolutely horrible experience. Rooms are dirty, full of ants, without hangers, very bad bathroom, drain is not working!!! Tv in the room is not smart TV Hotel staff trying their best but they are absolutely amateurs. No management !!! (they really don’t know what to do). House keeping is very poor, they don’t have even clean towels and don't refill the shower gels even the first day -welcoming day after the check in Guys from bar came from nowhere..they don’t even know how to make a cocktail Just one guy - maybe supervisor was very good and do the barman job! Hotel saying that you can borrow pool towels and beach towels but they don’t have it. Also careful about beach - is rock( but this we knew it - sand beach is 400m by walk).Main point ..Food - horrible. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - they don’t have enough food, food is very low quality and sometimes you have to fight for something. The coffee machines are usually out of order at breakfast time caused by the lag of stuff replacing the refills with coffee. As I told some Roma amateurs girls here trying their best but they don’t know how their job and what to do! Location - is not so bad, very close to city center (where are all the bars and restaurants) also is very quiet hotel.

Bad Mold was found on the brown bread at breakfast and some people got sick Fire alarm woke up all the residents at 5 o'clock in the morning with no reason. The room stay out of water 24.6.2024 !!!! The reception no answer the phone. The water stream in the shower took a very long time to heat up, close to 20 minutes, didn't change our towels and didn't clean our room. Delay at check in, no earlier than 2 pm and after check in they don't provide food at lunch time because the kitchen is closing at 2 pm. Not renovated corridors and public toilets. Hotel parking for residents is always full, there is no safety because residents using the parking place outside the hotel as a result ATV’s and buggies tend to scratch the residents cars due to inexperience! Water park as advertised mostly is closed and it opens some days only from 1pm up to 5 pm. The pool bar is always closed in the morning and opens at lunchtime! After opening, no-one is there to serve you. You are waiting in a queue for long time till a bartender comes. "Bartender" is an unskilled person who doesn't speak English and doesn't know how to prepare basic drinks 😔 No signal for Cypriot TV channels on TVs at the rooms. No hangers in order to dry the wet clothes outside of the rooms. No dustbin in the leaving area of the room. In the morning, cleaners sweep the floor of the restaurant where the breakfast is served. They are wipe the floor inside and outside the area of the restaurant at the same time when people go for breakfast. Cleaning should be done since the day before! Breakfast is NOT enough for one day and not enough for the second day and for the next days... Pool's toilets and reception toilets smelling bad and are very dirty without modern facilities, Unskilled staff, Minimum experienced staff Not organised and untruthful accounting system control. Prepayments prior to reservations through booking or other websites sometimes are not listed and not recorded by the hotel as a result the hotel to ignore any prepayments and asks for the whole amount of money from those who already paid a prepayment! Not organised, Bad management, Many shortcomings, There is only one lifeguard in the pool but when the waterpark opens leaves the pool and goes to the waterpark meaning that no lifeguard for many hours in the pool. Horrible hotel 😡

A more detailed review will be forthcoming shortly but keen to put this on record for now. This hotel offers free late check out if you give them a 5 star Trip Advisor review which clearly isnt ethical. We've just returned and currently processing an executive complaint through our travel company (only about the hotel - not the wider holiday and our Hotel Rep was superb in supporting us with issues) so inappropriate to be specific re our stay at this stage. Suffice to say this should not under any circumstances be a 4 Star Hotel and we know and respect the Ramada by Wyndham chain very highly so it pains me to state this. We have numerous photos of issues and again these cannot be shared on here at present until resolution of our complaint.

We could not recommend Ramada Hotel and Suites in Aiya Napa more. It is in a great busy location yet feels very safe. The staff are all very friendly and the grounds and pool are well kept and clean. There is a good variety of food choices and many seating areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return!
