After over 15 years of coming back if not more we have made it our second home It may be more then 15 years but this is were we spend our weekends I can’t praise the place enough Mr Pascahis is very welcoming and always spends time we us Nicos and Maria have also become like family Rajesh is also very friendly Love and enjoy my summer weekends at the Dome beach hotel 10/10

It was terrible service, really bad food, very much trash in the beach. The workers were really angry and mad. The pictures they have are amazing but it’s nothing like it is in real life, the workers do not take kids seriously. Do not recommend.

Had a beautiful experience at this lovely restaurant We had the fish meze which was delicious loved the prawns and the mussels It's a mini meze but enough Service was good I will be definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning in the near future

The two waiters RAJESH and DEEP on duty were fantastic. Both are very helpful , polite and always smile on their face. They give us excellent 10/10 service in Japanese and italian restaurant. They gave advice on food drink and places to visit and all were very on point. And we fully enjoy our holiday and definitely we will come again.

We are currently still at this hotel having been here for 4 days of a 7 day holiday and can’t wait to leave. On arrival the reception was empty, we had to call out for someone to greet us and give us our keycard. On entering the room I burst into tears. It’s nothing like the pictures online, the rooms are extremely dated, falling apart and dirty. Our room hasn’t been cleaned since our arrival, the bedding has been changed once with the clean bedding having a big stain on. The food is way below what you’d expect from a 4* hotel, it’s bland, repetitive, very few options and some meat even raw! We went to the onsite Japanese restaurant one evening which is part of the AI but walked out hungry as my food came out freezing cold. The snacks are tiny squares of cake which have been left over from lunchtime and miniature ice creams which have been thawed and refrozen over again as they’re icy and misshapen. We are having to pay to eat out everyday. The entertainment is practically non existent, the same 3 ladies singing the same songs each night to the children for an hour. The staff are extremely rude, they don’t make eye contact when you speak to them and it’s almost like us being here is a chore for them. The only facilities are the swimming pools, spa and beach bar. The advertised rooftop bar hasn’t been open since we’ve been here. The amount of rubbish on the hotel beach is awful, this has been picked up by one of the guests. I can’t explain on this review how bad this hotel is, everyone other than the locals we have spoken to have the same complaints. This is my third stay in Cyprus having stayed in Fig Tree bay and Ayia Napa previously which were both lovely. My advice would be to book a hotel closer to Ayia Napa or Fig Tree bay if you want to enjoy your holiday as there’s nothing around here so you’d need to pay for a taxi to get anywhere which is €15 euros each way.

My family and I had a lovely time here We spent a week which was not enough thinking about booking 10 days next time But it was our first time away with the little one Staff were really nice and very friendly 😊 The beaches are lovely we spent most of our time by the baby pool Overall we had a great time and looking forward to returning

Had the best time again can't fault the place The hotel is lovely and clean The staff are very welcoming and quite a few are familiar Lovely changes the restaurant is lovely all the food is in one place well done a great improvement The coffee and cake is also fantastic Live the ice coffee and the opportunity to try the Greek coffee definitely worth trying The staff all deserve a medal , Thank you all once again for a fantastic stay

Perfect place with perfect people Wow what an incredible experience i am totally mind blown Staff were really nice with my son so friendly The pool is a great size and kept very clean We started off at the baby pool literally for one and half days The rest of our holiday we spent it by the big pool , such a lovely size and so clean I haven't got a bad thing to say I am very impressed and shall be returning
