Wonderful hotel. We loved it so much last year we returned again this year accompanied by two friends. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds, a great shower and feel light and air.. Everything is well thought through from socket location to storage. The hotel is spotlessly clean. A special mention to the lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch who cleaned the downstairs floor by the buffet and pool area endlessly. Although you were busy, you always said hello and spent a few moments to chat. The staff are warm and welcoming and genuinely can’t do enough for you. We arrived at 03.00 am to be greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the wonderful Irena. Irena, you are a joy, you greeted us nightly with your infectious personality and warm hospitality. Buffet breakfast was amazing, every taste catered for, seating both indoors or outside was a wonderfully relaxed start to the day. The restaurant food was excellent with beautiful views of the sea. The restaurant staff were all friendly, charming and hard working. Again, nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we arrived late one evening for a nightcap (as the restaurant was closing) we were greeted warmly and encouraged to take our time. This hotel really does feel special. The owner Lisa is visible and very much hands on at all times checking everyone has everything they need for a wonderful stay. I've never returned to the same hotel twice but we loved this hotel & the staff so much so we will definitely be back again for a 3rd, 4th etc visit…... I think it will be hard to find another hotel as good as this one on many levels. Thank you to everyone at the Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel for such a wonderful holiday & warm stay.

This hotel was amazing the staff and management team can not do enough for you me and my partner got there quite late we got water and a sandwich and we got a lovely upgrade and a bottle of champagne and strawberry’s in our room I’m going though some health issues at the moment so that was so kind of them to do that I stayed in 304 the room was lush I just want to say love love love this hotel one thing I would only say that time of year I think they should heat the pool a little bit as it was so icy cold but everything else 10/10 xxxx also the bar staff are fantastic make the best cocktails and food was amazing x

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

Stayed a week at this little gem of a hotel. Arrived a bit later than the AI dinner service but was promtly given a snack bag by the reception staff. We were in the studios/apts at the back of the hotel and they were excellent. Loads of space for our toddler to run around and a great travel cot for the wee one aswell. Bed was comfy, rooms cleaned to a great standard on a daily basis and housekeeping staff always went out their way to give our daughter a little smile and a wave. Plastics at the pool glasses at the napa crown, made sence however would have prefered pints rather than halves when it came to the beer on the AI however not going to grumble to much anout that. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, lunch and dinner service at the nelia beach was outstanding and was a nice touch for gardens guests to be able to stau and enjoy the evening entertainments along with AI drinks. The pool area was great, not massive and sunbeds where always available. Reception made our last day a bit more easier by granting us a late checkput, we had to move rooms for it but it allowed us to get freshened up propely before a long night of traveling home. Alot of complaints about bar staff on here but we never had any issues, smile at them, say hi and they will do the same in return, they are there to do a job and they do it well. Massive fan of the gardens and we hope to return in 2025! Keep up the great work ladies and gents!

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Overall it was a great experience, the food was really good and the service was nice, what made the experience great was the entertainer Valentino (Rossi) with his funny games, such as darts, quizzes and karaoke. We all got separate nicknames which made us recognise and remember other hotel guests, which lead to greeting and talking to each other. He made our days more enjoyable and fun!

Average experience because it is below expectation. mediocre personal services, the kind of communication from the personal side is far below mediocre. Apart from the 2 Romanians at the restaurant and at the bar on the beach and an older gentleman also from the beach, the rest of the staff's attitude is totally disappointing. They don't have a mini bar at ”5 stars”, they give the Romanians rooms for disabled people that are uncomfortable if you stand up because everything is very low. We asked for another room and they give but after many interventions. The upstairs rooms with a sea view are beautiful, you must take all inclusive, otherwise a glass of water is 3.5 euros. Food is ok. We had half board and at dinner on the last evening we came across a waiter who did not gave us not even water . It's a shame because the location is beautiful.

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

I feel obliged to write this review as someone who stalked reviews before we went away , you spend forever saving for holidays wanted to ensure it was right for us. So.. We booked this hotel when it was advertised as a 4 Star , we received an email from our holiday provider to state that it had changed to a 3. If we wanted to change our accommodation we could , without and admin fee. I looked for other hotels and the difference was nearly £1100.00 our holiday was already paid and we really toyed with the idea of changing. However the financial part of it just didn't seem worth it. We stuck with our choice and headed to our holiday of 10days. Family of 3 - Daughter is 9. We arrived at the hotel , nice man on desk very informative and was handed our key. A KEY with a massive key ring , which I have never had before. We had a family room , we didn't have an updated one unfortunately. Bathroom was very small not much room to put your toiletries. Beds were big and comfy , balcony mid size. We were on the main road & I am a light sleeper so struggled with the traffic noise for a few nights. Bedsheets weren't the cleanest there were stains. We had ants one evening called to reception and we had someone come to our room an sort it within minutes but still not really what you want on holiday. Air con was great kept room freezing which is what we needed as it was SOOO HOT! Cleaners didn't really clean your room , bed was made and floor was moped we came back numerous times to soaking wet floor which we had to use towels to dry it as it was soaking! Food- We woke up next morning headed to breakfast , nice food nice selection not massive which is what I am used to on all inclusive but that had what any brit abroad needed. Cups of tea were lush! Lunch - Snack bar was really good selection of food , it closes just before dinner and lunch starts so you have to get there in time to get something but food was nice. Dinner hall food was a good selection of things over the 10 days. For kids there was 2 trays one with nuggets other with chips that was it. There are themed evenings , we ate out 2 nights as there was nothing my daughter would have eaten. So many lovely bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The evening food Asian night was my fave and we really enjoyed that. Desserts for kids , there's ice cream that's it. 2 different cake option for adults not much else. Pool - Was like getting in a bath needed a cool down from the heat but didn't get one lol Area was always clean lifeguard was always out and around watching and talking to people to keep them safe which was nice too see. Beds easy to get in the morning , as a brit i always went down early with towels because its in my blood :) Hotel staff were amazing , always had a smile and a good morning really lovely people. Good value for money hotel. Stayed for six nights. As we arrived into Ercan Airport at 1am, we pre-booked a taxi through the hotel - arrangement worked well. Taxi was 1400TL. The bedroom was cleaned really thoroughly everyday. Bedroom air conditioning effective and complimentary water provided daily. Breakfast was pretty good. We ate in the hotel bar one evening - food reasonable and not overpriced. Location good - a coffee shop on site, nearby ATMs, corner shops and takeaway restaurants. Hotel is near Easter Mediterranean University. Only issues were lots of steps to main reception with no easily accessible lift - so if you have a lot of luggage you'll need to be a mountain goat. Also, no reading lights on bedside table and no furniture on balcony.
