Rugged behaviour refund process verry slow there was isssu in tarun in so please never book a hotel by make my trip

Pathetic hotel, unprofessional receptionist Poor state of maintenance. Dirty bed sheets, pillow covers, torn furnitures. Dampness all. Over room. Washroom is also pathetic. No exhaust fan. Overall staff n aman was helpful but reception manager kartik was unprofessional n rude.

All manager and other members are cooperative and helping nature, hotel is at very calm place and there would have no any disturbance.
