A hotel run by Koreans in Japan. The hotel is very remote and uses public restrooms. The conditions can be said to be very simple. The price/performance ratio is really not high.

I stayed here when I was sightseeing in Kamikochi. There is a bath, and it is enough for the price if you just want to sleep. The grounds are spacious, and autumn mornings are pleasant. It is also easily accessible, about an hour by car from Shinshimashima Station, where the bus terminal for Kamikochi is located. In October, you can see beautiful scenery as you pass through apple orchards on your way to Shinshimashima.

The Nagakute building was very clean and tidy, and I had a very pleasant stay.

As other people have said in their reviews, it was very homey and nice. This time, I was only able to make a reservation for a room only stay, but there was a wonderful smell coming from the dining room. Next time, I would definitely like to stay with meals included. The building itself has a Showa-era feel, but it was well-cleaned and the sheets were crisp and comfortable. Above all, I was surprised at how energetic the landlady was. It was fun talking to her. I hope you continue to be well.
