The service is good, communication is smooth, and basic requirements can be met. The breakfast is very good. Compared with other places to stay, the surrounding scenery is good. It is quite pleasant to rent a motorcycle and drive slowly. Two nights is enough to stay in this place. The after-sales service when booking a hotel on Ctrip is really good.

L'hôtel est exactement ce qu'on attendait. Il est bien intégré dans la nature. Les chambres spacieuses et avec des vues de dingue comme les vues depuis la piscine. La salle de bain est avec une douche ouverte qui met de l'eau dans l'ensemble de la salle de bain mais avec un petit essuie à la sortie, ça se gère sans soucis. Nous avons mangé 2 fois au restaurant de l'hôtel, c'était sans faute. Parfois un peu trop de karaoke quand il y a une fête mais ça ne dure pas tard. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avions pris avec eux le trajet depuis Hanoi et demandé à nous arrêter au marché de canne à sucre de Lac Son: ils ont fait bien mieux avec une visite organisée par leur famille. Un repas super typique (ne pas avoir mangé pendant 3 jours si vous voulez au moins entamer tout ce qu'ils ont préparé), une immersion dans la façon de vivre et dans la culture vietnamienne au milieu de leurs élevages et plantations... le tout avec simplicité et une gentillesse sans faute. Merci pour cette expérience! N'hésitez pas à la demander. En surplus, eau minérale à disposition, comme des sandales et peignoirs ou encore des parapluies... à recommander

Ottima struttura immersa "in the jungle" perciò non ci si può lamentare troppo degli insetti, per quanto i letti vengano forniti di zanzariere. Piscina top, colazione top, unico neo il bagno in comune (4 bagni per tutta la struttura). In ogni caso esperienza molto bella da vivere specialmente ad Alba e tramonto

Arrived at Pu Luong Jungle Lodge at end of very long day on motorbike tour. Awful weather all day with heavy mist, fog and extremely slow traffic on the Thung Khe Pass. The Jungle Lodge was an oasis! Wonderfully kept grounds, upmarket rooms with comfy beds, great linen and towels. Swimming pool, bar, comprehensive menu with a separate vegetarian menu. Dinner was addition to room cost but breakfast was included. Excellent choice at breakfast with pho, congee, eggs, breads, cereals, fruits, juice, yoghurt, cakes, bao buns and much more. Lovely to go to sleep listening to the call of the frogs in the grounds.

We stayed here for 4 days and rented a scooter each day to tour the area. Staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. Breakfast was included and was very good with fruit, eggs, pho, rice and noodles as well as coffee and juice. We very much enjoyed our stay and we’re sad to leave. Pu Luông is still some what undiscovered the people here are very nice and no one is at u about buying stuff or tour guides although both are available. We would stay here again.

About the room we got : rather okay. Just the bathroom the toilet was on the same platform as the shower. So you get a wet toilet seat or the feeling the crap box is on the same place as your hygienics. But the real horror is the kitchen. The kitchen manager is an alien who doesn'thave the slightest notion of kitchen basics. We got our griled chicken replaced by boiled out soup meat, the sauteed vegetables by flat cooked morning glory and the grilled pork turned out to be unshaved pig lard. The AC control was in chinese so the internet had to show us how we got the damp room heated. To avoid..
