The apartment offers a living space of 90 m² for up to four people. You find next to the living room with TV and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a separate sleeping area with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and has direct access to the elevator. The modern equipment is new in all rooms and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The apartment has two large balconies. From one of the balconies you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, from the other balcony the view of the promenade of the seaside resort. From May to September, a beach chair is already booked for your entire holiday and is available for free. This can be found on the main beach of Baabe in the first row from the sea. A parking space is available on the grounds of the condominium. If the weather should not play, you can use the spa in the basement of the house with infrared cabin, sauna, steam sauna, heated bench (z.
