Der Empfang am Freitag war super herzlich, alle Informationen zu Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten waren perfekt.
Die Ausstattung des neu renovierten Zimmers und die Aussicht auf den Hafen waren sehr schön.
Das Frühstück ist immer sensationell - klein, fein, mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Die familiäre Atmosphäre ist ein Genuss.
Dankeschön für ein schönes Wochenende!

Beautiful design and location but lifeless
Odd sort of a place - completely deserted by 9pm each of the four nights we were there. Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. Having said that, the service was always very friendly and helpful. There's no a/c but it's quiet other than for the sound of the masts of the yachts nearby. Gorgeous location and breakfast was superb, especially the days we sat out on the terrace overlooking the estuary. Beautiful design but the indoor pool was not really useable. The glass roof made it feel like an oven in there. Very expensive for what it was, we thought, though even so, we would consider it again.

Comfort and quiet in an idealic location.
Good service with a friendly heartfull welcome.
The food fir breakfast and dinner were both tasty and satisfying.

I thought the Soltus hotel was amazing - after a 60K sweaty cycle to get there from Stralsund, we were greeted on arrival with a Prosecco, and the staff were charming and kind. The food was delicious - the hotel had an excellent high-quality breakfast buffet including smoked fish and delicious pastries and fruit salad, and dinner was unusual and tasty. The pool was small but clean and great to relax in, we were given fluffy white bath robes. In the evening the bar boat next door was atmospheric and welcoming, in a lovely location. All in all our stay was quiet and relaxing - and in a beautiful location on a cycle route along the waterfront. The short rowing boat trip over to the hotel was part of the whole adventure and good fun.

Sind jetzt 5 Nächte da und im Bad stinkt es zwischen durch ganz eklig. Inzwischen wurde das Zimmer 1x gereinigt. Nachhaltigkeit ist super, ich erwarte keine tägliche Reinigung. Muss mich aber selber um Duschmittel und WC Papier kümmern. Nach der Reinigung lag immer noch ein Plastikteil vom Vorgänger im Bad. Hoffe nun, dass die Reinigung heute kommt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, nur die Sauna wird nicht heiss. Das Frühstück ist toll, das Personal ist sehr nett. Trotz allem ist das schon lange kein 4Stern Hotel mehr

Ein klasse Hotel mit 4* ist anders. Beim Check-in fehlte die Freundlichkeit, ist auch nicht mit der norddeutschen Mentalität zu entschuldigen. Unser Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, kühl eingerichtet und Fenster/Balkon wurde auch über eine längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Negativ sind die Öffnungszeiten für Sauna von 15 - 20 Uhr, Pool ist tagsüber geöffnet und schließt auch um 20 Uhr. Die Saunalandschaft ist okay. Beim Pool gibt es nur 5 Liegen. Die Anlage wirkt ein wenig ungepflegt, vielleicht zu wenig Personal?? Zimmerservice alle 3 Tage geht gar nicht, täglich 1 x kann man erwarten und man kann dieses nicht mit Umwelt und zu wenig Personal abtun. Gut war das Frühstück, gleiches gilt für das Frühstückspersonal. Gut ist die Lage!! Gut ist, der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Fahrräder können für 9 Euro je Tag angemietet werden. Es steht zwar kostenlos Wasser für die Gäste am Tresen zur Verfügung, man sollte aber warten bis es kredenzt wird, ansonsten gibt es einen bösen Blick.

Eine schönes Hotel . Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.
Warum es von der so gelobten Küche nur ein Menü gab ,bei der es nur das Hauptgericht zur Auswahl mit einem anderen gab ,die Vorspeise und Dessert gleich blieben bleibt ein Rätsel. Personal war sehr nett und freundlich . Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Prachtig hotel met sfeervolle mooie kamers. Voldoende parking. Beperkte kaart in het restaurant maar wat geserveerd wordt zijn culinaire kunstwerkjes. Uitgebreid ontbijt met de beste producten. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader. Gewoon het terugdenken aan dit hotel maakt mij blij.
