和國內的3星酒店差不多，但是可能在當地可能已經是平均水平以上了。交通不會便利，在市中心，離老城區步行10公里，本身所處的位置也很安靜。早餐是典型的西餐風格。

Улица, на которой располагается отель, как раз возле отеля на ремонте. В отеле чисто и тихо. Завтраки несколько однообразны, и если не придти к началу в 6.30, то омлета вы больше не дождетесь.
Трамвай (он же метро) близко, но ходит редко (интервалы до 30 мин) и всегда битком.
