A horrible hotel, starting from it's staff who doesn't even bother to say "hello" or "welcome", continuing to the room, for wish, despite of being prepaid they wanted to have more money from me (the price i paid was 12000 rouble ~ 130 USD, and they wanted to have me pay for two nights 1600 dinar ~ 500 USD), first it's pure scam action, second it's a crazy price for this kind of hole, the room was dirty, the floor not wiped, the safe and the minibar did not work, there was no drinking water (4 stars hotel..), the bed was missing a couple of structures. All that is left of the golden tulip is trashed, old rags, old and dirty info paperwork. You can find a better and cheaper hotels and avoid this joke of a 4 stars hotel at any cost.

Clean, modern hotel situated about a fifteen minute drive from the airport. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the Bellini bar next door is a good option for food too.

Room is nice. Breakfast is ok. People at the desk do not seem to care. Not a bad hotel but overpriced.

It was oka

I like the atmosphere of this hotel very much. It's quiet, elegant and allows people to relax. The attentive and thoughtful service of the service staff is impressive. The location of this hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. It is my ideal place to stay in this city. I really like this hotel, the rooms are bright and spacious and the beds are comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The staff are very enthusiastic and proactive in providing help, which makes you feel warm.

Business travel is convenient and fast, the hotel has its own cafe bar and pool party

・Location The area itself is not a problem, but there is a lot of traffic on the street in front of you, so it is difficult to cross the road (there are few traffic lights). ·service The timing happened to coincide with the check-in of a group of guests, but the check-in process and payment of the accommodation tax took more time than I expected. ·facility The closet and other areas seem to have deteriorated and are rattling.

Excellent hotel. Central but quiet location. Comfortable executive room lacking some details but still of a good standard. Good and efficient room service.
