My first time in bandung was so good,stay at VUE PALACE..Hotel is quite good,reception service name RAFI IRWANSYAH help me to book grab,his hospitality is superb great...thank you..will repeat again!!

Very warm welcoming from the staff and we received free upgrade to delux room. The breakfast is very good.

Lokaai premium. Parkir banyak. Cuman emang hotel lama. Overall bagus.

the bathroom has lots of crust and looks dirty. It's time for the bathroom to be renovated. the wardrobe makes a sound when it opens and closes

Old hotel but clean n ac is cold in rooms. Less channel tv no Hbo or Cinemax. Breakfast lot of variety but tasteless.,i ordered fr ironing shirt but the staff nvr come to pickup until we check out. If we ordered anything it will takes fr hours. Thxs to Trip. Com fr the low rates. Compare to hotel kedaton or grand pacific fr service vue palace is below the 2 hotel. I think it shld nt b a 4 star hotel but a 3 star.

Strategically located near train station. Service quality is decent. It's an old hotel, so you'll find somw of the furniture are worn out. Check-in process is quick and the wifi is free and good

The place is even though Curated now by ARTOTEL group but there's no art whatsoever. Location is pristine, only 3min walk from Bandung train station. Walk to Sudirman Street about 15 min. The room is somewhat clean but sheets could be cleaner. Bathtub is old and dirty. The water has a kinda kerosene smell.

I think the hotel is a bit old but the amenities inside the room are pretty complete, the room is spacious, the tv has a lot of Channel, the location is just great, near to most famous places such as Braga Street, Alun-alun Bandung, Paris Van Java. The breakfast has a lot of options and delicious!

How on earth is this a 4 star hotel???? It is basically a 3 star hotel with a slightly bigger lobby. This is the first time that I have been to a so called "4 star hotel" that: -Does not have a concierge -Does not have a working AC in the room -Has unclean bathroom(mold on edges of bathtub eww) -Does not provide a bathroom matt(gee this is so basic even the crappiest Airbnb room has it) -Only provides a pair of big towels, there wasnt any face towel whatsoever -Has low quality furnitures -Has dirty cushions for the chairs Now of course, we can argue that it is cheaper than typical 4 stars hotel so I might have gone too harsh on them but come on at least a working AC and a bathroom matt should be provided. Ok bye never coming back.
