Positive:
1. The staff is very friendly.
2. The room is quite spacious for executive class
Negative:
1. The hotel environment is very unsupportive for families who want healing, there is no holiday atmosphere and it seems poorly maintained
2. Not like a 4-star hotel, because many hotel facilities are not well-maintained so it seems like an old hotel with no development
