Well, it was not so good experience during my stay. The first night AC starting leaking water with flow and it was flood in the room. I called the reception and asked to rectify this problem or change my room. One guy came and he said it cannot be fixed right now. I will have to wait till tomorrow morning or afternoon. There is no other room available, he added. I became upset and asked him to fix this problem right now coz how could I sleep it was flooded in the room and almost not possible to sleep without AC in hot weather. The he went to the reception and came back again and repaired the AC within 15 minutes. The glasses and cups were dirty. I asked them to change. The receptionist did not even inform me how and whrere should I go for the breakfast etc etc. In short, I found the staff like need to be trained how to deal with the clients and respond to their needs and how to rectify their problems.

✅Clean, and friendly staff. The swimming pool is quite spacious. The food is delicious, but the guava juice is very pale in color.
📛Here I ordered a deluxe room but it was really cramped even though the price was quite expensive for a star hotel ⭐⭐⭐. My child had breakfast here for 45 thousand cash. The TV is also small.
Finally the next day I moved hotels, to a hotel on Jl. Patimura, the room price was much cheaper, 150 thousand. The room is more spacious even though the room type is superior, there is a mini refrigerator and the interior is nice, the TV is also big, the dining room is big. Children don't get cash for breakfast anymore.
So in my experience, the facilities and price are not comparable..
